I cannot praise JosephJoseph enough. Slight mishap with my 19 year old son cooking dinner and my brand new, never been used, still with packaging, salad spinner. Quick email to JosephJoseph to ask if it was possible to purchase just the parts that were now melted - Annalise at JosephJoseph responded and was amazing! I was gutted about my salad spinner, my son felt bad about my salad spinner, I then felt sad that my son felt bad! Annalise turned our frowns upside down! Thank you again!

While we have a number of products this is a review about their kitchen knife with spinning carousel.

I liken it to a cheap non stick pan, where it seems the model is it to last for 12 months and then you need to buy a new one.

This set comes with 6 knives and since owning three of them have snapped in the same place on the topside where the metal blade is fixed to the handle. Clearly theres a flaw where over time the plastic handle weakens and then as you cut and put pressure on, it snaps.

Will be looking for longer lasting knife set instead of Joseph Joseph products.

Following my above review, their customer service team has been in contact and provided a goodwill gesture based on my experience with the 5-set carousel knife set. While this doesn't change my view of the quality of these knives, taking everything into account with how customer service has engaged etc. I'll change this from 2 to 3 stars for this review. As we're a repeat customer with many products, I hope to provide a future review to reflect the products appropriately.

Es hat nicht sofort geklappt mit Reklamation, aber hab mehrmals versucht und zum Schluss ist alles gut gegangen. Ich hoffe dieser Set wird besser sein. Danke für den neuen Set, meine Frau ist wieder begeistert.
