Joseph Joseph Avaliações

I really enjoy the thoughtful design and practicality of these products. Also, well made.
I have had no issues with postage - because I needed a product within a couple of days, I contacted them and Ruth replied helpfully - goods arrived next day!
I’m enjoying Joseph Joseph.

Joseph joseph duo 3 in 1 corkscrew.
Was easy to use and did the job. But unfortunately it ceased to work after a short while.
The company were quick to respond and wished to know all the details.
The product was returned to the supplier who offered a refund in the absence of a replacement.

Great customer support Tom was amazing.

La vaporera plegable Bloom no es resistente al calor, se me fundió mientras hacía brócoli. Una desgracia.

Fantastic communication and customer service

Called customer service Monday morning concerning lid on Totem Waste unit not opening properly. The item was purchased in 2020 and was still under warranty. After a short conversation with George and providing proof of purchase a complete replacement unit was despatched on Tuesday from Joseph Joseph. Very impressed with customer service and George is an excellent ambassador for the brand. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Ruth. Everything resolved and handled beautifully

Very good customer service , Kokila was very helpful

A product that I purchased was faulty. I contacted MYER and they didn’t want to know about it, so I decided to reach out to Joseph Joseph. Ruth immediately offered a replacement. I couldn’t be happier! Excellent customer service 🌟

Having had a problem with a totem bin lid catch and after some helpful discussion with their colleague, Ruth, they were able to resolve my problem by a replacement. Very pleased with the process and outcome.

Afer encountering some issues with the delivery charges Ruth swiftly responded to my email & brilliantly resolved the situation. Excellent customer service & I am very happy with my product. Thank you.

J'ai contacté le SAV pour un problème sur le Plumeau multisurface acheté il y a 2 mois, Kokila a suivi ma demande, je la remercie pour sa réactivité et la prise en charge de ma demande.

Our Totem Max 60-liter waste system has a technical fault. The automatic lid no longer opens when the button is pressed.
Two emails later, and after submitting the proof of purchase, we were promised a replacement unit without any hassle.

Such great costumer support left me speechless.

Thank you very much Josep Josep and Bhavesh

Love this brand. We have a lot from it. We had a small issue with one of our oven trays. I contacted CS and Kokila was very quick efficient and knowledgeable. We were sent a replacement within day. Excellent service.

This review starts in a slightly negative tone, but absolutely changes by the end.

I bought a pair of Joseph Joseph frying pans, and these I have owned for 1 year.

The smaller pan of the pair I can barely use because the anti stick surface no longer is fit for purpose (food sticks to it).
I have not misused, over heated or put them in the dishwasher, and for the price I would have preferred a little more longevity.
What has turned my experience around is that I received excellent customer service from Annalise, and my product is being replaced in the form of a gift credit of the full amount I paid.
Thank you! I am now awaiting my newly ordered replacement.

Don't buy their pans. Garbage wasted of money. They've been crap since we bought them, I generally avoid using them. Now I'm just going to bin them.
Everything sticks. Can't even fry and egg. They're just a joke of a product do not buy them. I don't even know how they can produce these. If you don't know how to make a pan, don't make them

Resolved an issue with a faulty product very quickly. Didn't need the faulty item returned.

Joseph Joseph dealt with my issue without hesitation and honoured my 10 year guarantee very generously.
Thank you

I’ve had my bin for just under 2 years, and I have been impressed with the quality and style, unfortunately the lid failed me , but after emailing Joseph Joseph, Tom responded promptly and has kindly organised a new one to be delivered to me , i honestly didn’t expect this,The products aren’t cheap, however , on this occasion you get what you pay for .
I will continue to purchase Joseph Joseph products, as not just the products are of excellent quality, the customer services are excellent too . Thankyou again Tom
