Soudain, un problème est apparu avec le couvercle.
Après avoir envoyé un e-mail à Joseph Joseph, j’ai rapidement reçu une réponse
de George me demandant si je pouvais fournir davantage d’informations.
En l’espace de quelques heures, j’ai appris qu’une nouvelle poubelle allait m’être envoyée
car je suis encore sous garantie.
Je recommande vivement les produits Joseph Joseph à tout le monde.

I’ve had my bin for just under 2 years, and I have been impressed with the quality and style, unfortunately the lid failed me , but after emailing Joseph Joseph, Tom responded promptly and has kindly organised a new one to be delivered to me , i honestly didn’t expect this,The products aren’t cheap, however , on this occasion you get what you pay for .
I will continue to purchase Joseph Joseph products, as not just the products are of excellent quality, the customer services are excellent too . Thankyou again Tom

I've purchased a number of JosephJoseph products over the years (the chopping board is probably the oldest but is still in great condition fifteen years later). The only problem I've ever experienced arose with the spray mop - which I loved using right up to the point that it stopped spraying. I contacted JJ customer service, who quickly offered to replace the mop. Highly recommend the company.

Saw these sink bowls in an Airbnb in Portugal and decided to have my own. Ordered online and paid full price then noticed a new customer discount was available. Sent an email requesting retrospective processing then forgot about it. Amazed to receive a prompt reply from Ruth in Customer care confirming a refund for the sum of the discount! 🤪🙏

Contacted Joseph Joseph after an error with the annoying Shopify app which stated an incorrect delivery address. Ruth from customer services was brilliant and corrected the error. I received my new floor cleaning system a couple of days later and it is great. Well made and as you would expect from Joseph Joseph great quality and a compact system.

This was my first time ordering from Joseph Joseph. I ordered a couple of items and unfortunately one was damaged on arrival. Once I had worked out the correct way to contact Customer Service (via the portal, not email) I was very happy with the way the matter was dealt with and also the speed of their response which is super quick! I was helped out by Ruth, who was very friendly and super efficient. All in all I'm very happy to recommend this company, and its also probably just good to know that you'll be in good hands in the event of anything going wrong.
