My wife and I wish to thank Joseph Joseph for there
outstanding customer service. The customer service person I was liaising with is called Ruth, an absolute professional in her position as customer service advisor, the right person for the job.
Joseph Joseph kept to their guarantee promise and my replacement Titan compactor bin was delivered on time by their choice of courier company.
Brilliant.

Excellent shopping experience, and great customer service follow up on a partially fulfilled order. The products are wonderful and beautifully designed and are very practical as well as being considered of the space.

Wonderful to know there is a question option. I received a prompt and informative reply to my questions. Thank you.

Politique de retour nulle ! Si vous achetez sur le site attention, pas de retours possibles, il faut renvoyer le colis en Hollande et à vos frais ! Pas possible d’échanger non plus. Décevant

A lovely company to deal with, great customer service and support, and great products.

Good and friendly customer service with swift response. A Big Thanks to Ruth and Kokila.

You asked me on the website to do a review, but strangely it would not go through with the 2 star review. ?????

I love your products , especially your washing up bowl. What I DO NOT love is how many times I have had to replace the plug.and all the delivery charges I have paid !
The very fact you sell the plugs separately shows there is a design fault.
My husband is furious that I have bought ANOTHER plug.
He keeps trying to get me to dump the bowl for a cheap one.
There is obviously a problem here so why can it not be sorted out.
This is by far the MOST expensive bowl when you add in all the plugs and delivery charges I have paid .
Love the bowl, hate the problem

I had a good experience with this company, but not with the courier, who kept changing the dates of delivery and then finally only delivering only one item. However JosephJoseph helped me resolve everything very easily and a shout out to George who was patient, helpful and understanding and sorted it out.

Joy is a great ambassador for JJ. She was helpful, great communication. She got back to me with the information I needed. Great customer service Joy, thank you!

My new favourite pastime, the Glide Max Plus Ironing Board is definitely a game changer. Easy to use with a clever hanging hook that doubles as a carry handle, flexible height and easy to fold away. Innovative as always from JJ. Excellent customer service as a small problem on delivery, sorted efficiently and quickly. This would make a super unusual present for someone setting up home.

It has been almost two years since I bought the totem compact bin and it broke the open mechanism.
After I sent a video showing the problem, Ruth tooke the time to investigate my case, she immediately arranged to send a new bin.
I am so grateful for Ruth professionalism, the Customer Service and suppprt I have received from her was amazing.
Thank you!

I’ve bought many products from Joseph Joseph and had a problem with one recently. Got in touch with customer service and once we had established what the issue was they immediately sent a replacement. Excellent aftercare, thanks to Ruth for sorting this so promptly.

Brilliant experience, thank you Annalise 😊

I ordered a product but somehow managed to order 2 of the same as soon as I realised what I’d done I emailed Joseph Joseph and explained what I’d done. Annalise got back to me very quickly and told me the best way to resolve the issue which I did with no problems. The product I ordered is everything I expect from Joseph Joseph. Very happy customer

The best customer service, very quick replies and resolving of all issues, George helped me a lot to settle in my new place with all my first orders placed! Would highly recommend!

A breath of fresh air in the customer service / customer experience.

Last 5 years I've very much become accustomed to worsening products, poor service and worthless after-sales service in all brands, economic through to premium.

Joseph Joseph entirely broke that mould when I had some issues with a product. Single point of contact [ease of tracking for me], rapid response, recognition of the issue and replacement of product.

Thank you Annalise!

Very much converted me to Joesph Joesph brand selection for future purchases.

I have bought items from Joseph Joseph before and have always found them to be great products. Recently, I had a problem with an item I had purchased directly from Joseph Joseph and they were brilliant with helping me get the issue resolved. The customer service and support I received from Cindy was top class. Thank you so much!
