A great selection with fantastic designs and excellent functionality. Unfortunately, one delivery arrived damaged. Contacting customer services was straightforward and prompt, and I received a free replacement for the damaged item without any hassle.

It has been 3 months of use since I bought the AirFrame™ Max 21m Folding Airer with Long Garment Hanging Rails. It is compact while in use and when collapsed for storage. It is well-designed and solid; takes up less floor space as it has 3 tiers. There was a minor issue with it but it was quickly resolved by Annalise at Joseph Joseph. The company makes it very easy to get in touch and to communicate the issue, which was resolved in a couple of days.

I had a great experience with Ruth regarding a warranty claim for my knife set. She was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process.

Ruth took the time to investigate my case carefully and, even though the original purchase was made through a third-party retailer, she was able to offer me a store credit for the full value of the item to resolve the issue.

Ordered a Totem bin over a year ago that unfortunately developed an error with the lid. Called at 5pm today, got through to George who sent me an email virtually straight away. Simply responded with batch number / video of the issue and within 5 minutes a new bin was on the way. All this within the hour and past 5pm. Very pleased with the customer service - George was brilliant.

I had trouble with my order, by mistake I had put the wrong postcode on the delivery address and I was trying to get it redirected. I made contact with the customer services and spoke with Ruth who helped me immediately and contacted DX and managed to get it changed. All delivered safe, thank you Ruth.
