I had a faulty pot and the service I received to have it replaced was easy, polite and quick.
Thank you George for all your help.

Dish rack Extend Steel, Joseph Joseph -J85153.
Not made of stainless steel. Only chromed iron. Gets rusty when the chrome cracks.
Do not buy this product!

Customer service from Joseph Joseph is second to none. I had a delivery charge issue which Ruth in their customer service sorted out for me very promptly and with no fuss. Thank you

Contacted the customer service team regarding a replacement for CleanTech™ 2-in-1 Spray Mop which broke after around one year of use. Ruth was very helpful and arranged a replacement very quickly. Much appreciated!

Top service with Joseph Joseph support.
I bought a Totem Max 60 bin on Amazon some years ago. Recently a little piece broke on the lid which prevented the lid from opening by itself. Contacted Joseph Joseph support through their website and the same day Annalise was in contact with me.
I just wanted a lid replacement but had a great surprise, my entire bin will be replaced. I'll get a brand new Totem Max.
All this confirmed in one day!
Top support service.

Joy from JJ customer care was wonderful, 100% given to her for going far beyond my expectation well done, will tell all how outstanding the 3 J s are at putting things right with speed and kindness

I bought the clothes airer after a friend recommended it, its fantastic, so strong, sturdy and well designed with plenty of space even for longer items, its also very easy to fold and light enough to carry. The customer service is also exceptional, I had to return one product and the response was brilliant, they sent me a replacement straight away.

Excellent customer service and replaced an item for our business without hesitation. Reliable company for adding style and elegance and practical ease for our kitchen and bathroom spaces in our shepherd huts off the NC500.

I made an error in selecting a new kitchen item. I immediately contacted the Joseph Joseph team and explained my error. George, on the team, dealt with my my query and sorted out my error really promptly. I do wish all customer care teams were so efficient! Thank you to George and the Team for correcting my mistake.

Joy did a fab job of sorting a replacement. Thank you from one happy cook. :)

I needed to return a bin because the larger size wasn't quite suitable for my home. The return process was straightforward and made even easier by the excellent support from Kokila, who was friendly and helpful throughout. I subsequently purchased a smaller bin, which I absolutely love. I would happily shop with Joseph Joseph again.

Over all I have enjoyed my purchases and have been happy with the customer service so far.

I've largely had great experiences with Joseph Joseph products. On this occasion a product broke within a year, and the customer service immediately sent us out a new one, no fuss. Great customer service.

I am obsessed with their products. Sleek and sexy is what they are but also super functional. You pay a bit more but it’s the quality that counts. My latest obsession is the dish brush, scourer and scrubber with interchangeable heads. Ooh - makes washing up so exciting!

Annalise was able to assist with a product which had broken unexpectedly, just outside of warranty. It was a wedding gift so we didn’t have a receipt. She was happy to provide a replacement part, which remedied the issue. Thank you!

Order Number: 749983 - Refund Amount Due £206.20
I had to return my as my niece didn’t like the items, I rang up & they arranged DPD to collect for 20/07. The items were delivered to JJ on 21st June. However by 31/07 still no sigh of refund. £20.84 was received same day. Chased for the outstanding £185.36, another £20.84 was sent 04/08 I am still outstanding £164.52.. all items were unused & unopened so not sure what the hold up was. will not be ordering anything from JJ ever again!!

Excellent customer service.
Many of the products are too large for my needs, so be aware that sending products back goes at your own expenses. And there are other products that I really like and find super functional like the two story trash bin from Joseph Joseph

I recently contacted Joseph Joseph regarding concerns with the lid function on my Totem bin.
I received an email reply from the very helpful Mariela in the customer service department within 24hrs.
As my Totem bin was within the warranty period, a replacement bin was sent to me within just a few days.
Great result, thank you Mariela!
