Thanks for the feedback Susanne, we're pleased to hear you found it useful being able to communicate directly with one of our agents. We understand some people like doing everything online, but it's important to us that we also offer offline support, so that you can speak with someone when needed.
Key travel is great when you need to make a change in a hurry
Key travel is great when you need to call for an emergency. Sometimes their booking system is a bit confusing, because the same hotel will be listed twice, with the same address, but a slightly (or no) different name. Also, the details of room differences that you can find on the hotel's actual website don't get explained on the Key travel system, so you aren't always sure if you're getting the room you want.

The speedy replies to help with bookings where necessary. Also hotel bookings due to late check in hours for international travel have been useful.
