Great Support when getting my profile set up and finding my first match. Also, a speedy and responsive chat message service was provided when clarification was needed.

Everyone at Koru is very helpful, nice and friendly. I have a few issues with the app, and links that are being send to the group chat on whatsapp, but those are minor things.
I wish there was a better way to look for full time roles, because that would be amazing.
Overall Koru Kids is a good way to connect nannies with families.

Koru Kids is more interested in your ability to do the job than your CV, although obviously previous experience with children helps! It is also easier to return to the system even after a gap without having to start all th paperwork over again. I previously worked for them 5 years ago and was rehired by the 2nd family I met, 2 weeks after restarting the application process. The minimum 9 hours' of work also ensures some stability for nannies.

Great platform that does lots of the admin burden of finding a nanny but can be hard and time consuming to find the right candidate.

Nanny left after 3 days with no notice for a full time job. Should not have taken our offer if it wasn’t suitable. Left us in the lurch.

Have been using Koru Kids for 3 years and we had fantastic nannies through them.
As we need part time (c 10 hours a week) and prefer students /recent graduates who are looking for part time jobs, they typically stay for 6-12 months and sometimes it takes a bit longer to get the right type of person.
But we had truly wonderful and inspiring young people who really connected with our kids.
On a practical side, Koru Kids handle payroll, pension contributions, taxes etc and although you employ nannies directly, they handle all the practicalities.

I gave Koru Kids a try after trying out other nanny platforms and interviewed some very good candidates. I even had a brief call with Koru Kids where they advised me what to look for.
Our current nanny has been with us for 3 months, and the process of approving shifts, contracting, pension etc has been smooth and a very easy experience for me as the employer.

Really great concept with quality Nannies. They also take full responsibility for any issues that may arise and reply promptly on what’s app. We found a 2x Week driving nanny through them to help with school pick ups.

The application was smooth, the training was well detailed. The company is very organized. Their customer care to their staff is on stand by as well. Great Company performance

Korukids are being very helpful for me. They response and answer my query quickly. Korukids is a good app for a nanny. And it supports you on every steps during your new jobs and application.
However, Korukids doesn't allow you to give review about the family you worked with and listened to one side only. They should contact Nanny and aks about their story before giving decision.

Well orchestrated, good communication

I am fairly new to the company but have found it to be expertly ran. There is help whenever you need and communication is clear and responsive. I have really enjoyed my first experience helping a lovely family. The job suits my situation perfectly

The company prides itself in finding those with university or work who want to make extra money a nannying site to look after children. I passed the checks and made a profile and could start looking for families right away.

They don't tell you that families, tend to ghost you and don't respond. I used Koru kids for 4 months and most families wouldn't even bother to respond to my message and interviews would lead to nothing. The company would just send you the typical PR response of "families are busy" but when most don't respond its more than just busyness.

I left the site after finding work elsewhere. the site can work for other people but the model of the site disadvantages nannies more than the parents. Wouldn't join koru kids again imo.
