I was called with help to renew.
I was on the fence whether or not to renew but after a call the changes needed were made and a simple way forward was made allowing the renewal with changes to be completed.

The agent I delt with was very helpful, But although the policy started on the 1st August, I am unable to tax the car because I haven't received any insurance documents, online or by Royal mail ,todays date being 6th August, I am very disappointed.
