Horrid robotic style staff took over £100…
Horrid robotic type staff/ i might as well be talking to A.i They took over £100 extra to cancel policy when sold car. They honestly dont have good customer service in my opinion . I was suprised with all the tv sponserhip on classic car programmes ive seen . But i wont be using again at any cost. After nearly 40 years driving ive never spoke to a worse call centre phone company .
