Extremely disappointing sofa and terrible customer service
I paid almost £5,000 for this sofa and footstool, and the quality is nowhere near what I expected for this price.
The fabric looks significantly different from the showroom model and the original sample, with a much thinner and less visible pile. There are also issues with loose fabric, poor finishing, and an exposed elastic strap on the footstool.
After months of waiting and two separate inspections, a technician finally came to carry out repair, but even then, not all of the defects were addressed. The footstool was not repaired because the issue was apparently not included in the technician’s report, despite me reporting it several times.
The customer service has been equally disappointing. I have repeatedly had to chase them and wait weeks for responses, while important issues remain unresolved.
For a sofa costing almost £5,000, this level of quality and customer service is simply unacceptable.

Hooray for Lee Longlands in Cheltenham
Lee Longlands in Cheltenham is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make everything so easy. I have twice ordered sofas and they really recognise customer loyalty which is very much appreciated. When the delivery guys delivered my sofa back in 2024 they were also so helpful and friendly. Sofa purchase …
Iv visited Lee longlands Cheltenham several times recently looking for new sofas and each time the staff have been extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. I finally purchased yesterday and Tim helped me through every step of the way with fabric choices etc and the interest free credit .

Quality products and excellent service all round
First of all in the shop at Cribbs Causeway we were served by Viv who listened to our requirements and made extremely helpful suggestions of something we'd not considered before.
Then the delivery date was much quicker than expected.
Next re our request for a morning delivery that was also no problem.
On the day of delivery we were given a 2 hour window and the delivery guys came during that time.
Tom and Mark did a brilliant job assembling the bed, fitting our headboard and taking all the packaging away. They even moved our old bed into our garage for us.
We would highly recommend this business to anyone who appreciates quality and service
