Really pleased with the delivery service from Carl and Lewis. They handled our new sofas with great care and were both friendly and considerate. We were impressed with their whole approach to customer service: wanting to make sure that we were completely happy with the sofas and how they operated.

I received communication via the post about your latest clearance sale . So
I was pleasantly surprised when was able to secure an armchair which arrived at my home within the week.
The delivery men were polite and friendly and brought sofa upstairs without a fuss.
I would recommend to friends and family.

A great service from start to finish. The staff at the branch were helpful and knowledgeable, they helped me choose the right table for my kitchen. The quality and the materials are outstanding. Ordering took longer than I thought, due to the large number of options for the furniture I wanted, but Alex in the Bristol showroom was very helpful.
The delivery team, Tom and Mark were on time and had everything assembled and tidied up in under half an hour.

Dining room set
When they arrived they placed all blankets down through the hallway and into the kitchen to protect the flooring. They then carried though the already assembled table base and then carried the top though making sure that everything aligned and worked perfectly. Finally they brought in all 6 dinning chairs. Brilliant service and friendly delivery men 👍🏻

Excellent service from Cheltenham shop and the delivery guys, very polite and helpful. The sofa is lovely the only thing that let it down was the legs that were more grey than oak colour.
