Dining room set
When they arrived they placed all blankets down through the hallway and into the kitchen to protect the flooring. They then carried though the already assembled table base and then carried the top though making sure that everything aligned and worked perfectly. Finally they brought in all 6 dinning chairs. Brilliant service and friendly delivery men 👍🏻

Excellent service from Cheltenham shop…
Excellent service from Cheltenham shop and the delivery guys, very polite and helpful. The sofa is lovely the only thing that let it down was the legs that were more grey than oak colour.

Terrible product and customer service
I used to be a loyal client of Leelonglands for over 20 years . In recent years I have seen decline in their products and customer services. Recently I purchased a single chair for the price of £1500 which meant to be high quality leather, when it arrived after 4 months, it was a poor quality leather which felt more like plastic, also the colour was completely different from my order. It wasn’t only the quality of the chair more so the customer service upset and disappointment me. I would like to add that I found out the chair was made in china! In one word the chair was crap. This is a second time I had problem with their products.
Unless, the company improves their customer service and check the authenticity of their Chinese suppliers they will lose more and more of their loyal clients for good!

Lee Longlands offers a wide range of furniture from established manufacturers in the UK and around the world, including British-made collections. The country of manufacture can vary depending on the brand and product selected, and customers who specifically wish to purchase UK-made furniture have a number of options available. Our experienced sales teams are always happy to advise on where individual products are manufactured and help customers choose accordingly.
Regardless of where a product is manufactured, we expect the furniture we sell to meet the appropriate quality standards and the specification ordered. We're therefore sorry that on this occasion you feel both the product and the service fell short of the standards you have come to expect from Lee Longlands over many years.

Norfolk delivery
