Furniture that you don't see elsewhere. The sales staff at Peterborough were very helpful showing similar alternative items. Plenty of advance notice of intended arrival time, including 15 minutes before arrival. The delivery team were really helpful, carrying and positioning the furniture where we wanted it was no problem and having unpacked and placed it they checked all was well and asked if there was anything else they could do before departing.

Received delivery today of our sofa and snuggle chair.
Richard and Will were our delivery men. Very courteous and extremely helpful. Bless them, they had to dismantle the furniture to get it through our lounge door. Took all the wrapping etc away and placed floor protection on the base of the items -excellent. Would definitely recommend this store

Your in store Sales Team, work their magic spending time helping us 'match' a previously supplied colour /type. Although only a small room all the care and attention was obvious.
Booking a fitting was easy and contact by fitter confirmed day and time.
Fitting went well. An imprint in the carpet was identified and was informed, the result of 'storage'.
Fitter advised this indent would disappear in time. Will keep ' you' updated on this storage indent.
Fitters polite, professional and tidied up after themslves.
