Update to recent review
Within 10 minutes of my review Trustpilot emailed me saying that Lexmoto wanted more information, specifically my email address and phone number, which I gave.
Ewan, if you are really concerned and really want to help, then you can contact me.
Why would I waste my time sending more messages into your Kafkaesque contact form?
So, phone, email or don't, I've already resigned myself to the fact I wasted my money on a dangerous, poor quality bike from a shabby, shady little outfit.
I just hope I can prevent others from making the same mistake.

Update on my previous review .
Update on my previous review .
As you can see this reply from them, not helpful at all, they may look concerned by their reply.......but they are only willing to contact me through their website, which won't let me sign in to. As stated in my original review
They know my email address, but they don't seem to want to contact me directly through it.
I can only assume they don't want any record of their replys ,or lack of on the record.
Total disgrace as a company,
Do not buy from them.

Disgusting Recall Service
I don’t even want to give one star. I am also having serious problems getting my “recalled” Lexmoto Titan repaired. Again been trying since receiving the first warning letter on 2nd March to get it booked into my local Dealer without success. Rang BDS Garage on a regular basis. The garage have been stating they can’t get the parts delivered from Lexmoto to do the repairs, Lexmoto have been stating the garage have been receiving the parts for my scooter? Who do you believe!! After getting no-where I asked Lexmoto about using another dealer. “Mike” Lexmoto state I can use another dealer Now, and confirms I can book in and transport the scooter to/from another dealer myself at my own cost.
My local dealer is quite some distance away and after 3weeks of ringing on a regular basis I find the BDS garage have now “closed for refurbishment” till 5th April and didn’t have the curtesy to contact me. They know the reason why we urgently needed this scooter fixed and back on the road.
I have wanted to raise a formal complaint and “Mike” states he will forward on my concerns to relevant Dept, so not sure if they have a proper complaints procedure, which I have requested twice now.
This scooter was bought for my husband to use, it has under 500 Miles on the clock, it’s stuck in our garage unable to get used at the most important and essential time we bought it for, not to mention total waste of road tax and insurance. And not to mention the fact that we had already been in contact with the dealer we purchased the bike from as the battery has to be constantly on charge for the bike to start up, to which that issue has not been resolved. Then this happens, Wish I had never set eyes on this Scooter for him. Think Lexmoto need a full investigation into compensation package and a co-ordinated collection of all the scooters involved but that’s thinking logically and sensibly !!!!!
Don’t waste your time with it
I don’t even want to give one star but have to in order to write this
I recently purchased a Lexmoto titan 125cc and have had to stop riding due to a recall issues with the back wheel spacer it has been a month now and still waiting on the part I can’t get hold of anyone from Lexmoto I wasn’t offered a replacement whilst the works are and go I bought it to travel to and from work and now Having to fork out more money

Waiting three weeks now for replacement…
Waiting three weeks now for replacement parts after Urgent Recall. Bought this as an economical commute vehicle in November, currently about £1000 out of pocket in March, through lost overtime, extra petrol from Mrs' having to drop me in, enforced leave days etc etc. No end in sight and the Aftersales team, and Lexmoto themselves are literal bare-faced liars, an example being, 'the replacement part is with your dealer', call dealer, 'what part, it ain't here', this, by the way, is the second replacement recall, the one they didn't mention. Outright liars and Charlatans, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER PART WITH ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED WITH LEXMOTO

Customer service terrible
Stop Drive recall issued on Titan 125 - very annoying. However the way that Lexmoto are dealing with this with customers is disgusting. 3 weeks in £360 spent in taxis to get to work, bike in with dealer who has logged the claim in the correct way........Zero communication from Lexmoto to either the dealer or myself. I have just called Lexmoto to be told that the department dealing with the recall are not available today, parts are being sent out but no one can check on when the parts for my scooter are being sent .....attitude of 'when parts arrive they will arrive' Lexmoto are you going to compensate me for my losses.... I have asked for a copy of your complaints policy from the Customer Service representative to be told 'if i can find it i'll send it but we are dealing with this the way that i have explained log a feedback form on line' 100% lack of customer care - customer service is imperative for repeat business Lexmoto !!!

Thank you lexmoto.
So I had a recall notice which was annoying and I think I maybe went a bit over board in trying to get it resolved quicker and didn't actually give lexmoto a chance to get it sorted but I just received a letter 2 weeks on telling me I can now get it booked in for a repair which is great news.
The scooter itself the Titan 125 2021 plate E5 is outstanding it is great value for money it's reliable (now that the recall is being sorted) it feels great on the road has been a joy to ride now I have only had it a few months but its sound it makes me happy it has great road presence and is cheap to fill up it has great mirrors I must admit and the ride is very smooth the breaks work great.
All in all its value for money and as my first scooter it's great I cannot wait to get the Aura 125cc as my next scooter looks amazing.

Life threatening
Very disappointed with the company..
""""""""RM/2002/006: LEXMOTO TITAN REAR WHEEL NUT
This quality defect relates to the rear wheel nut potentially loosening due to an incorrect spacer and seal being fitted. This in turn could lead to the rear wheel becoming loose and causing loss of control of the vehicle.
Recall Date: 02/02/2022
Status: Inspection required, please contact your local dealer""""""
Of course I received a sheet on March 1 from lexmoto to introduce myself to a dealer 😑
So I drove like that for a month without insurance..
I already encountered the problem the rear wheel got stuck while I was walking I fell and of course I broke all the plastic on it
Now I'm still waiting for the spare part to come...
I work in the field of delivery now who pays me to stay home , I can not wait to do it that I can sell it and give up Lexmoto

From seeing them online to getting my…
Very disappointed in the dealership network the bikes are as reliable as the people working on them-this is what you should know, the bikes are actually very good but you would be lucky to get the bike out of the show room without the dealerships either breaking them or ripping you off in the process and void the warranty, you will spend just as much on solicitors to try and sort the problem out had you gone to a more reputable motorcycle manufacturer certainly in the Thames Valley area who have Motor Ombudsmans speaking of which Lexmoto is part of one the Motorcycle industry association (MCIA) who have a 100% buyer satisfaction guarantee for new motorcycle purchases under the National conciliation service which under their codes of practice should be advertised on their websites and referred to by these companies if something goes wrong despite sending them 100's of emails and my communications being cut with Lexmoto has never been suggested to me!
The new Lexmoto Nexus 125cc was broken before it got out the show room! Lexmoto are also not great with their terms and conditions and disclaimers all over social media when it comes to top boxes as they will not say that their offer for a free top box is only for a certain period of time within a month or something!, they advertise on their website that you can go to a Lexmoto dealership (Subject to participating dealerships) where the mechanics are trained in all their bikes as technicians but no longer offer the training. Lexmoto have absolutely no provisions for when things go wrong with the bikes and the dealerships also have virtually zero after sales or customer support this is due to the fact that despite having a good coverage of dealerships they reflect the young companies they sell for being small independent businesses often run by sales or business men who have no understanding of how to work or maintain the bikes they sell and often break them and either refuse or do not know how to fix them which is what happened in my case!
Let me start by saying that the first bike I got a Lexmoto Aura was a steal for the price but was damaged out the show room with two large scratches which despite the dealership offering custom paint jobs on their retro scooters did not help me, they did not provide the log books and told and charged me for 3 services before its first 3,000 miles-talk about misleading; When the spark plug cap frayed and having the bike in for service and leaving the bike with them over night they still did not help me, I had to get the AA out to find the fault and took the bike to another dealership who then only half filled the service sheet out on a 24 month warranty service, the belt drive broke too!, another dealership was not able to identify the gash in my air box hose and fitted the wrong spark plug, then overfilled the engine oil causing god knows what damage, then I traded this bike in for the new Lexmoto Nexus Maxi scooter where even before I drove it out the show room noticed they once again overfilled the engine oil which caused a leak from the engine something of which they are not interested in maintaining that it is alright to drive about with and over fill engine oil coming up with every excuse under the sun which is just crazy!
If you buy from this company I would encourage you to familiarise yourself with your consumer rights first,
The rip off sales men are also doing disservice to the manufacturers of their bikes some of being Longia and Taro motorcycles who if you have a problem with the bike to get in touch with them. Even if you ask them or check with them they will lie to you they told me the 16 year old lad who was working on my bikes overfilling engine oil was an apprentice when he was not why would you over pay someone with no experience or qualification £169 to carry out a warranty service to keep your warranty seems grossly off somehow and professional negligence if you ask me. They will also lie about the proper operation of the bike like over filling oil with over flow pipes and expanding chambers or the engine sensors are for other bikes having contacted the manufacturer and spoken to several other Lexmoto dealerships plus professional engineers from other firms I can confirm what they are saying is wrong it does not take a genius to work that out and they will do this to get out of having to sort anything out. Buyer beware you have been warned. They are worse then bike thieves and bike thieves are scum of the earth. The bike I had whilst I was able to keep it running was alright but as no one else will look at the bikes other then the dealerships you would be best off working on the bike yourself if you are lucky enough to get the bike out of the show room before they break it! This is why you do not not see any Lexmotos on the roads, also Lexter their head office has closed. Good luck.

Review after 2 years of ownership
I decided to write an honest review after two years of ownership. I bought a Chieftain 125cc back in 2020 (this model is now discontinued, but the most similar is the Aura 125). I think I paid just over £2k for it and it’s so much scooter for the money. Is it as premium as an X-Max or a Forza? No. But it wasn’t £6000 either. I actually didn’t use it for nearly a year as after buying online during the 1st lockdown from a dealer, I ended up working from home, so only did about 500 miles all year just using it to stop it sitting idle for weeks on end.
Kept outside but undercover - not a dot of rust on it - as with all bikes, give it a good spray with ACF50 and it won’t rust. Using it daily 10 miles each way to work for the last few months, I haven’t had any real issues.
The engine did cut out on me once while doing 50mph, but I quickly fired it up again whilst rolling. But that’s about it in a couple of thousand miles of riding. Get it serviced as per the schedule by a proper dealer (£70 every 6 months is hardly a big expense), keep it clean and not sat uncovered out in the rain all winter, don’t rag 20,000 miles a year delivering pizzas on it, and it will be fine. I had to change the battery, and the headlight unit which died on me, but both under warranty, no problems. a local dealer to me ordered them for next day delivery and fitted in an hour.
Those mentioning about time waiting for spare parts - I’ve been waiting 5 months for a part for my car (Jaguar F-Pace) - you can’t blame Lexmoto / CMPO for the Suez Canal getting blocked, factories shutting down because of Covid lockdowns ongoing in China, or a worldwide shortage of truckers. I’m fairly sure they are doing their best to resolve it.
For a well priced bike with a decent warranty, you can’t go wrong.

Had the bike for nearly 3 years, the last year I have had to fix nearly all the sensors and I am just about to put a new exhaust on, it has gone rusty and the welding has blown.
