Terrible customer service they sent me the wrong plants that were dispatched in the picture they used for advertising when I phoned them the lady said there's nothing she could do nore was she prepared to offer any service recovery infact she basically said tough luck and put the phone down

THE ABSOLUTE worst experience. CHAT for 7 hours because they can not verify or find their info i let them use my receipts etc emails everything about the 30 dollar payment and they are in the mind that I never paid and are trying to make me show my bank account after yesterday spoke to 9 agents on chat most annoying NEVER COULD FIND THE TRANSACTIONS WITH THE RECIPTS PAID IN FULL I had to pay it again to take ownership of a pod drop shipping business worth 3000 a month real good so watch out get all the proof make them sign in blood. They are the thief's acting like i am or a liar my friend who has legal licenses and will obtain the money and get my free month. CROOKS

Didnt receive all off my order. Company was asking for photos of what i hadnt received and what inhad. Explained to them that I had placed the weed in the pond and it was unrealistic of me to decipher there weed from previous bought weed. Not helpful at all and seems unwilling to help. For the sake of £4 their customer service is appealing. Custom gone elsewhere and would not recommend te company.

I ordered a small oxygenating plant for my very small pond. It arrived just a few days later, in very good condition. I would recommend Lincolnshire Pond plants to everyone.

I regret not checking reviews other than google as they are misleading! I ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived ?? How can you miss a third of an order?!! I'm lucky I didn't pay much but still had to go to another seller for the missing item, I'm very disappointed as I wanted to support a local business. Didn't bother to change their phone operating hours on their website so when I called in to try to sort it out there was no one there!

Very poor quality plants, basically dead!. No response to emails. Will never use this company again. Luckily I bought via Amazon who refunded me after seeing the pictures of the tiny dead plants.

Rip-off merchants !
Supply a fraction of what they contract to send, then refuse to make good on the order.
I'd avoid them if I were you !

We purchased a small marginal pond plant collection but they did not survive Contacted Emma who was more than helpful and replaced them with much superior plants than we had purchased could not be more pleased with plants and service HIGHLY RECCOMENDED COMPANY Thankyou

Ordered two different types of plants for my pond a month or so ago which have now both died. Poor quality plants and even poorer customer service do not waste your money. The plants I bought from my local garden centre are doing really well which is what I get for being lazy and ordering them online.

We ordered some plants for our newly established pond that were supposed to be supplied with pots and compost - Not terribly difficult to get right

Worst of all - all the plants looked in a terrible state, weak .weedy and almost dead and could best be described as complete rubbish - Will never order from them ever again

I ordered two types of pond plants. (5 bunches of each). They delivered a small flat box with just 4 tiny lead clasped clumps of straggly unidentifiable weed.
When I challenged them , they claimed the missing variety was "out of stock" and offered a refund. They also offered to replace the poor quality delivered ones. (But I requested a refund for that as well, which they agreed). If I had not queried it, I presume they would have just kept my money for the missing items. The delivered material has now all died anyway.

This is the second time I ordered pond plants from this business and am happy I I I am happy with my experience. The plants arrived quickly and were in tip top condition. They came individually wrapped in large plastic bags but the bags were stapled so that the plants did not move about and gets damaged. I am more than happy with the quality of the plants and I do recommend them to anyone after pond plants.

Excellent service and plant quality. We have had two sets of plants. The first set were slow to grow because of the late frosts in April which was beyond lincs plants control, but they’ve now all picked up and are growing well.
Second lot just arrived 3 days after the order was placed. Well packaged and arrived safely and quickly.
Now all growing well and settling in.

This company does not deserve customers, they dont give a dam regardless of how much you spend.
I have spent over £500 last year and ordered 6 dormant irises in March. Only 2 grew and this company refused to replace them. So I reported them to ebay and I sincerely hope more people will run this company out of town because they do not deserve our custom so please avoid at all costs

Avoid!! Would not recommend anyone purchase plants via postal services, arriving half dead. More importantly the customer service is a sham, with no one person taking responsibility or understanding how to deal with customer complaints, as for a refund, that's a joke.

Very pleased with my plants, they were very healthy and well packaged. The best priced lily's I could find, much cheaper than the garden centre! Wouldn't hesitate to buy again plus recommend.

I think I have been unlucky as all reviews are good. All I can say from my experience if you want to Pa £4.50 for a plant in a 9cm container

I ordered over £60 of plants. Paid extra to have them potted expecting them to be aquatic pots but they were normal plant pots so I still had to pay extra to buy aquatic pots. When said that it should be clear on website I was told that that is what happens across industry... maybe so but it still should be clear on website. Half of plants had fallen out of pots on route. 1 plant had no leaves, just a rotten stump. 3 frogbit were missing but seeing as that fact was written on invoice I presumed it was out of stock and they would follow. After a month they had not arrived. I emailed and was told I would be neither refunded nor sent the items as the order was from the previous month ! I am therefore out of pocket. Shocking customer service. I have just spent over £60 at Pond plant growers direct... such a contrast, decent quality plants, well packaged and delivered in couple of days. I know where I'll be going next time! Avoid lincolnshire pond plants at all costs

I ordered a few plants from them, 3 of them I received with a bit of damage that is to be expected really ordering online and them being posted. I ordered 3 frogbit, but they only sent 1 crushed plant, and the other plant's they didn't send at all. After complaining and sending photo's I received some other plants, but not what I had ordered, 5 of them were a rotten mess, and not the plant I had ordered anyway, and the other 3 were water hyacinth, not frogbit, but they just insisted that they were, not impressed that they can't tell the difference between the plants they sell. They gave me a £5 refund for sending the wrong plants, and Just told me I can always return them, but of course at my own expense, to get a full refund.
