I purchased two water lilies from Lincolnshire Pond Plants which arrived on the 11th March 2021. One lily was fine the other was non existent. Just an empty pot.
I have emailed them twice with my complaint and my complaint has been completely ignored. There has been no acknowledgment from this company whatsoever. To say I am disappointed with their service and more so with their customer service is an understatement. I might as well have thrown my money into my pond.

I had been trying to find a certain marginal plant for a very tiny pond. My local garden centres had nothing, a specialist aqua supplier said too early. Some suppiers only sold in threes whci was no good to me s only wanted one!! This company not only had really good selection with planting notes but were the same price including postage than anything I could get, order arrived in 48 hours!

Since my first order two or three weeks ago I have been back to Lincolnshire Pond Plants on three more occasions. Having ordered pond plants from other retailers and finding the plants not as good as I hoped I was very pleasantly surprised. The plants were fresh and green. The packaging was very good so the plants did not deteriorate. Mind you, the standard delivery was in 48 hours so not much chance of that happening. Happy to show a photo in my pond if anybody is interested in seeing them in situ.

I ordered long-leaved aquarium plants from Lincolnshire Pond Plants and received short-stemmed squat-leaved plants which were severely damaged from being squashed into a stiff flat cardboard box too small for the plants. The plants were also dried out. Not a reliable source for aquarium plants.

Received the complete patio pond on Thursday. What arrived was nothing like advertised it is leaking and looks more like a plastic bucket. I think £40 for what you receive is disgusting. Awaiting a reply from them as I want a refund.

Plants always arrive when stated. They are always healthy. I have used them several times now. Great service and advice

Purchased two sets of aquarium plants. Only one arrived and is half dead. Useless responses to contact through Amazon.

Had to escalate to Amazon to resolve as seller was ignoring emails and making excuses. Even if the plants had been in the post for two days they still wouldn’t be as bad as they are. The plants where clearly sent out already past their best. If a shop tried to sell you them in person you would certainly not accept them.

Lincolnshire Pond Plants...

Plants delivered when not at home, and courier left plants in storage unit in back garden, but no card dropped in to let me know (Linc Pond Plants arranged the delivery, the contract with the courier to deliver the items correctly is with them). When discovered sometime later the plants were in a poor state, some later died as a result. Some of the items delivered were not as described on their website, when ordering. Decided to contact Lincolnshire Pond Plants to ask for a refund, and I found they operate a very poor customer service. Found trying to speak with them over the phone was impossible, and they never responded to my various voice messages. Eventually heard from them, and they refused to provide any sort of refund. Matter is currently going through the PayPal (bought via them) dispute procedure. If that fails. will start a legal action against the firm.

In summary, their website and products look good, but never again will I consider buying anything from them, I'd rather go without.

Sent out dead plants. Despite sending photos after a long wait they refused refund or replacement. They insisted that the plants were actually healthy and that I send the plants back (they had rotted away by this stage) and then they sent out an incorrect return label. I had to get Ebay to step in to get my money back.

Its a shame that I cant post the photos on here of what they think are healthy plants.

I wonder why they don't use their actual name of Lincolnshire pond plants on Trustpilot?

Good experience overall. Plants arrived on time as per website. Well packed and plants healthy. Tracking and updates on order could have been improved a bit but happy customer overall. Bonus points for managing well given the COVID-19 situation.

Company supplied dead plants.
Customer service was non existent. Sent photos of their rotting dead leafless storks the day i received them but company just blamed me and my pond!
No refund so i lost my money, worst company ever and definately won't be using them again!
Avoid at all cost or be disappointed.
