I ordered a bag and payment was taken. I then had to reach out 2 weeks later as had heard nothing from them. Emails went unanswered so I found a phone number and messaged, they answered that with an apology that a glitch had occurred and the bag was out of stock and a refund would be processed within the next 5-7 days. It’s been over a week and still no refund. I messaged today asking for payment today - no response.

Bought a shirt on the 8th
Sent them email after email with no reply, Finally got In touch through WhatsApp on 15th they got back on the 17th for them to tell me the seller charged is mind!
They told me they are sending a refund that day and it will take 5 working days still nothing!!!
It's now 26th and they are ignoring my text for the last 3 days

Put in a dispute yesterday so it's upto the bank now

They will probably get back as if it's the customers fault and that they are a small business 🎻 🎻

I never leave bad reviews but it really isn’t nice to be ignored.

Communication has been almost non‑existent. I received one initial reply on WhatsApp on 11th May asking me to send images and details, which I did on 14th May but I’ve had no response since.

• Contact on 16th May — ignored
• Contact on 19th May — ignored
• Contact on 20th May — ignored
• Email on 21st May — ignored

I find this extremely unprofessional. My messages have been polite and simply asking whether there has been any progress. The very least I would expect is a courtesy update to say it’s still being reviewed, or even a straightforward “we’re not interested”.

I did email as a last resort to see if I got anywhere before leaving a review but unfortunately - silence.

No doubt this will be replied to pretty quickly though - let’s see. If it is replied to quickly then there’s really no excuse not to send an email or WhatsApp message.

I thoroughly understand it’s been a bank holiday weekend and messages may have been a little slow for the past few days but this is 2 weeks of no response so that cannot be used as an excuse.

Communication with this company is nonexistent. I have both emailed and messaged them via their WhatsApp business account about selling some preloved items and I have heard nothing back. The email was 3 months ago and the message was a week ago. I am really disappointed.

I wouldn't waste your time taking photos of your items to send over for a quote.
They say that they will get back to you in 2-3 business days, which is very reasonable, but now 10 days later, and a polite text to chase, I have still not even had any acknowledgement from the company.

Last year I bought quite a few cashmere scarves from Charlotte . I wear a scarf most days and most are from LoveLuxe as I like the brands but don't want to pay high prices.
I really recommend the WhatsApp groups for getting the best price fast!

Item in perfect condition and well packaged - highly recommend.

I’ve only used this site a couple of times but each time has been a pleasurable experience. Charlotte is responsive and always truthful I really enjoy the fact the clothes are often modelled in live time.

I bought my pre-loved Mullberry bag from Love Luxe a couple of years ago and it was exactly as described (and still used every day). Price was amazing (I can’t afford a brand new one)! It arrived quickly and was well packaged in its dust bag. I will continue to love it for many years to come! I’ve just won one of Love Luxe prize draws as well (delighted with my LF Beauty Egg)! I would buy loads more when I see what Charlotte posts on WA but sadly most of the items are small sizes. 10/10 for Love Luxe ⭐️ xx
