Absolutely amazing delivery driver! Delivered new front door (no stairs involved though) to where it needed to go. Delighted with his cheery, helpful attitude, unlike a Deanta door delivery driver... Ver mais

My delivery was not on the map.
My delivery was not on the map.
The link showed me that I would be third out of three on the docket to be dropped off.
Anticipating the obvious problems my location may cause, and because the link showed how the OTHER deliveries were going, I preempted and called the number supplied and through it was able to have the driver contact me when he was close so as to help him with my actual location.
I had the impression that the chap on the office number knew his job, and this made me rest easy. And lastly, close to the delivery time, I received a call from the driver, thus enabling a difficult delivery.
Recommended. Both individuals, and the system used.
Two hard wood door frames, to a DIY'er.
Cheers 🇬🇧

Good morning Tom,
Thank you for your message, I am sorry to hear your LPD experience has not been as expected, We do not supply direct and from the information provided I have been unable to find an order for you, you will note I have requested a little more information to assist. In the meantime if not already done so my suggestion would be to go back to your chosen stockist to ask for an update or explanation and if they want to in turn follow the relevant communication channels would be happy to review for them.
**Update** Thank you for providing an update Tom, very much appreciated. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact your stockist and request a review of your order process.
Thank you.
Kind regards

Wrong door sent
Wrong door sent, told that the warehouse had picked the wrong door but LPD could do nothing to sort this out, they made the mistake but I have to spend hours trying to fix it with Wickes. Joke but no joke.

Resposta da LPD Doors
Good morning Pete,
Please accept my apologies that your LPD experience has not been to your expectations, I cannot see where we have been contacted by your chosen supplier advising any issues or concerns over your delivery, and I cannot comment further on what has been discussed between yourselves as I am not aware of what has been said. I would advocate speaking again to your supplier and ask them to log a conversation with LPD if not already done so. I cannot say if this will change the outcome but I can assure your of our full attention in this matter and a review of the situation.
I do thank you for your comments and feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to reflect on your experience, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience incurred.
Take care.
