Two boxes i sent is still in transit…
Two boxes i sent is still in transit .Its been four months now.. i always track my box and it always apper that the estimated arrival will be oct 18 (that would be its third month in transit) i sent it since 2nd week of july.
Iam very worried.my friend and i sent it together at the same time and with the same agent. Her family are already enjoying it since oct 25.
The office in the phils dont even answer questions clearly as if they dont know what to tell customers like me that is very worried. Poor customer service!

DAMAGED CARGO- MAKATI EXPRESS
If only you can give negative star rating, this company- Makati Express operated by Prime Express Group deserves it. They collected my cargo on the first week of May from the UAE and it arrived in Manila only in July using the crane accident in Taiwan as reason for the delay. Delivery was done only on the 2nd week of July. The most horrifying experience for an overseas worker like me is to see the hard-earned items sent to my family looking like trash. The worst part is that they have intentionally damaged the bottle of the fabric conditioner just to blame me for their carelessness. The cut was not crooked but precise. My items were neatly packed in separate boxes inside the box this is why it is unlikely for anything to be damaged except it was mishandled. The box obviously was wet from the rain since it was raining during this time in the Philippines. After I complained on their page in Facebook, another client has posted the same issue. His box was also wet and again the same pattern, a liquid container at the bottom of the box got conveniently damaged. You know there is foul play in this, since the liquid magically found its way up to the top of the box same with mine. Makati Express deleted his comment but I got the chance to reach out to him before that. There is no positive feedback until now from Makati Express since they are saying they are still "investigating" the issue. I am writing this review to warn other customers so that they will not be victimized like us.
