I ordered my Ashton summer house in January. I needed planning permission so had to wait until that was obtained but once it was the summerhouse was ready and installed within a few weeks. I was very impressed with the service. Always far better to talk to a real person not a ‘bot’ and there was flexibility to suit my preferred date to install. The summerhouse itself is gorgeous. I am very happy with the design and the quality. The guys who did the installation were great too working at pace in the rain!

We have an eight feet square Stretton summerhouse which was easy to arrange design colours etc. at Tates South Downs Garden Centre.
Communication with Malvern thereafter was excellent and erection was earlier than forecast which was brilliant.
The fitters came on the day as planned and it was finished by just after lunchtime. They went through everything with us and we have been enjoying it ever since. Everyone who has visited has loved it, including the company who called today to arrange the decking around it. We are not in it at the moment because it is the hottest day recorded in June and the Met Office have issued a Red Alert. Probably will go out in it later this evening because I don't want to watch the World Cup.
My advice is to buy one.

I purchased a heavy duty 10ft pent shed, arrived on time, constructed by the driver and his mate in timely fashion. The finished shed is wonderful and everything I wanted as it is not only a store for much of my fishing equipment, I also work from it during my work from home days each week. I went for the extra heavy duty roof covering, no regrets there as I am sure it will last many more years than normal felt. Love the stable door arrangement, for those hotter days. Everything about my experience with Malvern has been top notch and they now have one very happy customer. Thank You

Stars lost following botched installation. Very professional sales process and excellent comms throughout by Malvern. As required, we paid a deposit when placing the order and the balance 10 days in advance of the delivery date. However, due to installation errors and missing parts, it took 3 visits spread over 6 weeks to complete the build - not impressed. That being said the final product is very good.

The service we received when buying our Hanley garden room was excellent from start to finish. The Malvern sales team were friendly, efficient and kept us fully informed throughout the ordering process. On delivery and installation the team arrived early and worked hard to erect the building and finish it in the time allotted. We were left with additional internal and external paint for future maintenance. We are delighted with the room - the quality cannot be faulted - and would not hesitate to buy from Malvern again or recommend the company to others. Thank you.

We purchased a two-sided garden shed which is high quality and exactly what we needed. The communication and information from Malvern was prompt and helpful throughout and the installers did an excellent job

I purchased a Studio Retreat from the Malvern Collection, at Ottery Nurseries. They were very helpful and advised me accordingly. Malvern kept me informed of the progress and delivery. Studio was delivered promptly and efficient by Mick and Peter they assembled the building all in the morning and on a very hot day. The Studio looks fantastic so pleased with the workmanship. We recently purchased a 17 x 10 Studio Flat from Malvern, and honestly, it’s so good I now look forward to going to work… which feels slightly suspicious.

The design and build quality are fantastic, and the whole team — from sales to installation — were brilliant to deal with. Friendly, professional, accommodating, and they somehow managed to make the whole process stress-free.

The studio works perfectly as my office, and I still have loads of storage space next door, so my garage can finally stop pretending to be one.

Absolutely delighted with it and would highly recommend Malvern to anyone thinking about adding a garden studio!

The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. We ordered at Buckingham Garden Centre where the sales person was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me into any decisions. I was sent drawings for approval, and the payment process was easy. Delivery was on time and it was very efficiently installed, with lots of attention to detail. The quality of the building was better than I expected. The whole process was exceptional. I would definitely recommend.

We had high aspirations for a top spec Malvern office studio but had to down size twice due to ongoing budget constraints . The Malvern design team reconfigured and reconfigured and re quoted and re quoted and we finally ended up with a garden shed ( heavy duty potting ) . Our shed arrived and was erected by the very dexterous Malvern installation team . Joy of joys we absolutely love it and cannot praise the company more for its wonderful service at every level and a really well built solid shed which will definitely see us out

Excellent from the first enquiry I made when I spoke to Charlotte Evans-Brown through to delivery/ construction by Martin and his crew. It’s a very high quality product, built to spec and it looks fabulous in my garden. Malvern get my highest recommendation.
