I always paid my account each month, so it was extremely concerning to be told around six months later that I supposedly owed a balance dating back to January/February.
Throughout the process I received conflicting information about my account. I was advised by staff that my balance was £0.00, my online account reflected this, and yet I later received demands for over £1,600 before being told the balance was actually £527. MedFx acknowledged inconsistencies in the information provided and offered a goodwill reduction.
Even now, I am not convinced the £527 figure was correct. Given the number of discrepancies, changing balances, and contradictory explanations I received, I never felt confident that the account had been accurately reconciled. However, after being advised that the matter could be referred to a third party for recovery action, I felt I had little option but to accept the reduced settlement in order to bring the dispute to an end.
The entire experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me with little confidence in the accuracy of the account management and complaint handling process. Unfortunately, the way this matter was handled has resulted in MedFx losing me as a customer. Trust is important in any business relationship, and after this experience I no longer feel confident continuing to use their services.
I already informed medfx previously that I found their signing up process non-user friendly. I finally made an order yesterday and I found the prescription ordering process clunky and I had my prescribed medications authorised within a matter of minutes but no dispatch notification and website states next day delivery if ordered before 5pm. Still no dispatch notification. I’m not sure when I will receive my order. I’ve not had a good impression of this company so far.

I spoke to Jon today to chase up our order.
He explained that we needed to update our paperwork and sent me a copy of an email that had been sent, but which was in an unusual format that I had not seen before.
It looked more like a junk mail advert than something from we would expect to receive from MedFX.
Jon was very helpful and everything was sorted promptly.

Ellie from sales was very helpful today and averted a possible aborted delivery of cold chain products.

I had a query and spoke to Kate who was outstanding in dealing with my query, very efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed of what she was doing in the background. Very helpful and quick to respond to my query. I have used Med Fx for all of my aesthetic supplies for years now , they are the most competitive in pricing and always answer your questions promptly. I have been with many pharmacies over the last 17 years but moving over to Med Fx has been the best decision.

Jon Smith was really helpful with my order and delivery. He contacted UPS and got a message to them as I needed to pop out to get my children from school. The UPS driver was equally as helpful and had received the message. Great support and service. Thank you

Med Fx has been consistently reliable. I’ve been ordering products from them for about 10 years. I NEVER have to worry about my products not turning up on time. I would really not consider using another service.
Jon at Harley street is exceptional. Always delivers a great service and recently helped me out when I needed an emergency order dispensed by meeting the taxi outside ( other companies would have declined to do this in my experience).

I had an ordering issue today…problem logging in to my account.
I spoke to John who was very helpful and patient.
He talked me through it so I was eventually able to log in.
Then I had another problem… I spoke to Ellie who also was very helpful.

Based on today’s interaction, I was helped to immediately with my Web problem making an order. I was spoken to in a very patient and reassuring manner. I’ve been a customer with this Pharmacy for many years and will continue to use their services

I contacted Medfx about a problem I was having re ordering online. I spoke with a lovely man called John who looked into it and talked me through the whole order again and because of his help the order went through no problem.
