If I could give NO stars I would
If I could give NO stars I would. Took out this complete waste of time of a "warranty" company after buying a car from another suspicious dealer in Kirkcaldy, Fife. After numerous calls, emails and photographs from their "recommended" garages, I found out the clutch, which was unfortunately already attached to my "used" car was used and not new. i.e. it showed wear. NO WARRANTY COVER. A JOKE of a company. Not worth the paper it's written on. Secondly, as you happily come to the end of your one year "ALL INCLUSIVE WARRANTY" with them, you get bombarded, and I MEAN bombarded, with phone calls and emails asking you to extend your warranty. COMPLETE JOKE. I have had many warranty covers before in my 46 years of driving and NEVER met a more inconclusive company before. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TAKE OUT. Look independently and watch garages also that offer NO WARRANY themselves in Kirkcaldy, or anywhere, and ONLY offer this alternative.

Easy to activate warranty..and basic breakdown cover after purchasing used vehicle. Test will come if i have to claim on warranty but one of their servoce providers is a good local garage so that makes me hopeful.

I met Dean last Friday, no pressure to buy a car,he gave my husband and I time to look around all the cars, he explained the cars were open if I would like to look inside any of them,he gave me information about the cars, he was was willing to negotiate a price on the car we choose. We went through all the paperwork and organised a time that was convenient for us to pick up the car. Great service from entering the court yard until leaving with my brand new car. I will recommend Dean to my friends and family.

Redundant and Pointless Warranty
Don't expect any warranty plan to cover any mechanical issues/faults - even if the diagnosed problem is stated on the plan. Expect it to be classed as "wear and tear" even after back and forth. Absolutely redundant service, keep your money people. Don't think it's safe to have a warranty on your car, once they have your money you're on your own.

I have not used the recovery for any means, but when I contacted customer support to register my vehicle the staff member was very helpful and made the process easy. I would recommend the company to my friends.
