Had a call from Ross . Had to rearrange as I couldn't take call . No problem called back on arranged day and time . Quick and easy . Explaining all I needed to know . Extending my warranty no hard sale . Would highly recommend

To date, we are still waiting on the further information in connection with the faults on your vehicle, along with confirmation of your service history.
We have also now been advised that you have cancelled your warranty cover, therefore, we will be unable to assist you any further with a financial contribution towards any repairs.

Absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money. Paid it for a year then my steering rack started blowing oil out when I turned. Was told because there is rubber seals in it I should have replaced them. Warranty didn’t cover it. Bunch of crooks

Can be frustrating in the moment but does do the job
Does come out with an outcome, but can take a bit of time to go through the system, you have no car for a few days but most of the amount is paid, for an old car however it is a good service as it isn’t new

Absolute madness from start
Absolute madness from start, purchased a quasquai from a car dealer with a three month warranty from momentum warranty included which also covered the stereo system as well as engine and gearbox and within less than a couple of weeks then led screen has completely disappeared, filled out the form on the app for momentum and was authorised for a replacement from Halfords who momentum has a contract with, five visits to Halfords and multiple calls to momentum last visit to Halfords being told it's between ourselves and momentum and they refuse to assist any further then spoken to momentum about what was actually said and was given an apology from both Halfords and momentum warranty which then momentum asked ourselves to purchase the agreed system and send receipts to momentum which we did on Saturday and again today as apparently they didn't receive the original proof of purchase and Halfords assured us they sent the invoice as instructed directly by momentum but yet today we have found ourselves still chasing the full agreed refund of 407 pounds from momentum who originally agreed to refund on the receipt of proof of purchase, we have never had such a long circus situation like this ever before with regards to a warranty on a purchased vehicle and although at first we was considering extending the warranty for the car after this only claim made and the absolute shambles of calls and visits to Halfords, we wouldn't even consider extending the warranty but instead put the money to the side for any future bills as from start until now and it's not even sorted and over a week now the stress inconvenience and anxiety this claim is causing is unspeakable, we are now in a situation due to believing that upon receipt of proof of purchase we would get a full refund we are currently out of pocket of £407 which with the current climate is a hell of a lot of money, I would seriously think twice going forward purchasing a car covered by a warranty company as I've never experienced anything like this ever before

Ross was absolutely amazing .. prefect customer service
Ross was absolutely amazing...when I first spoke to him he explained everything and give me the payment options, made sure I understood everything then after he spent all that time I asked if i could have a think and if he could call me back the following week and he was so nice about it even after the time he spent talking to me so the following week he rung me on monday morning explained it all again made sure I was happy to go forward...he was brilliant, 5 stars, 10 out of 10

Wish I hadn’t bothered
Claim rejected. A head gasket failure was detected by our garage. We were asked for photos which we couldn’t provide because it’s hidden. Had to go ahead with the work ourselves. Cost £1400, of which Momentum paid nothing.
