Second time these have brought a bike from me and again quick and easy money went in to my bank with in 5 minutes of the driver Scott turning up would definitely recommend.

When we provide an initial quote it’s based on the information given at the time. Occasionally, once we speak with the seller or confirm further details about the bike’s condition, the price may change. This is fairly standard with vehicle buying services.
That said, the majority of sellers we deal with are happy with the prices offered and the convenience of a quick, hassle-free sale.

They don't take scrap bikes
Agreed a price for my scrap 125cc bike didn't have no communication so I sent my application again then was told someone will be in touch and received an email about the final steps , again no one rang ,so I got in touch again to be told there is no one to collect my bike that's in my area and better try someone else. If they don't want bikes that are scrap make people aware before

We’ve looked into this but unfortunately can’t find a record of your enquiry in our system, so we’re not entirely sure what may have happened in this case. If you’d like to contact us directly with a few more details, we’d be happy to take another look.
For clarity, we do purchase a large number of motorcycles every week, including many that are non-runners or for spares and repair. However, as we offer nationwide collection, there are occasions where the value of a particular bike and the distance involved can make collection uneconomical.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Motor trade team.
From the outset, I was completely transparent about the condition of my Zontes GT125. I explained that there was an electrical issue and that the bike was below average condition. Based on that information, I received three separate phone calls to discuss and confirm the valuation. We eventually agreed on a collection price of £550.
After the price was agreed, I received yet another call to arrange collection. When the driver finally arrived to pick up the bike, he briefly looked it over and then reduced the agreed price by £150 on the spot, offering just £400 to take it away.
There was no new information given to them at collection that they weren’t already aware of. The condition and electrical problem had been clearly explained beforehand. Renegotiating the price at the point of collection felt unprofessional and unfair.
I declined the revised offer. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not the level of service I expected. I would not recommend based on my experience.

All valuations are based on the description provided to us beforehand, as we aren’t able to physically inspect the bike until collection. Our driver then carries out a brief check to ensure everything matches what was discussed.
Where there are differences in overall condition or faults compared to what was originally described, the price can sometimes need to be adjusted. There is never any obligation to accept a revised offer, and we completely respect your decision not to proceed.

Great service just took longer to collect than originally told.
The service was great I received a fast quote and Scott who collected the bike was friendly on time and professional. Only lost a star because I had to call them when I didn't receive my collection time within the quoted 5 working days. When I did call, they quickly arranged collection for the next day.

Very quick and easy
Very quick and easy. Wanted the bike gone as a non-runner and kids climbing on it is dangerous. Steve was professional and polite and quick to collect.

Steve collected the bike
Steve collected the bike, he was on time and professional, I was half expecting the haggling but it didnt happen. Which was great or the bike wouldn't have gone anyway.
Obviously they buy to make profit which was fine for us as we just needed the space.
Would recommend and would always ask for Steve. A nice genuine bloke
