I have used motosport for all my bike parts for as long as I have been able to order my own parts and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I was contacted by brittany G a few years back who told me to contact her before ordering. Brittany G has been nothing but helpful with orders and getting me deals. She has also reached out after not ordering for a bit to make sure I'm doing good and have all parts I may need to keep my moto days going.

Excellent experience with online ordering. Easy transaction, parts were in stock and shipped quickly.

Company creates two bank card authorizations for the same purchase!

They are tying up funds that they have no right to and creating problems for customers.

Called to ask about it and they have no explanation or reasoning. Agent revealed they always do this and it often creates problems for their customers.

My first order will be my last order.

The part I ordered was supposed to be Plug and play and it was not. When i can take my old part and plug it In and it works for 15 or 20 minutes because it is old and fatigued, but they're new part does not perform at all. They ran me around so long with no callback's me making 3 of the calls out of 4 that we had and now, no return, time exceeded....very poor after the sale performance

I placed on order for some Yoshi exhaust for a 24 Busa then after the fact started checking reviews on motosport.com which left me concerned since I have never done business with them. I have to say I had no issues at all placed my order on Sunday and received it a day early actually on Wednesday so I'm very pleased and would definitely do business with them again.

I ordered piston rings for an XR80. On the thumbnail screen it says "exact fit". Inside the item page it says, "this part fits your ride" right next to Honda XR80. Another less visible note at the bottom says, "these rings only work with aftermarket piston". This is deceptive and a waste of time as I've broken apart the engine and installed rings that now do not fit. I brought to the attention of Motorsport.com but they were unwilling to make it right without the original packaging. If they would have made it right, I would have bought a ton of other stuff, because I would trust them. I no longer do and will not shop there again.

Ordered a part, said it would be at my door by Wednesday of last week, still waiting on it, this company uses the cheapest shipping services with no care for the customer. Buy elsewhere unless you want to wait 2+ weeks for your item.
