I was at Mountain Warehouse Gretna to shop for a pair of winter boots. I was attended to by Amy, and she was very warm, friendly, super helpful in a professional way. Even though I couldn't get the specific boots that I needed, I hope to visit again when they are available.

Pierwsza paczka z zamówieniem nie dotarła do mnie...całość trwała ponad 30 dni. Powodem była zdublowana etykieta dostawcza w In-Post Polska.
Po kilkukrotnym kontakcie z biurem obsługi obiecano mi rabat na nie dostarczone artykuły, w cenach z przed miesiąca. Genialne rozwiązanie i uprzejmość Pani Dot Wójcicki przeszła moje wszelkie oczekiwania. Następna paczka ( z plecakami ) dotarła błyskawicznie poprzez DHL Niemcy i Polska.
Towar klasy premium !!!

Mountain Warehouse at Fox Valley, Sheffield. Went shopping for both of us, for a trip to Norway. Beth, Richard and Megan were all really helpful with advice and locating everything we needed. Managed to buy almost everything in one go. One thing out of stock and ordered successfully online.
Very good prices and seems very good quality.

Beware of price reductions
I purchased a pair of trainers which were supposed to be reduced maybe a marketing gimmick!!so glad I didn’t pay the full price
After wearing them a few times with an insole they was extremely uncomfortable I discovered the soles were paper thin you could put your finger through into the structure
It’s a shame as I have had some decent trainers in the past
Nice shop helpful staff unfortunately quality control issues

Returning on line item to store
I ordered on line, but when the product arrived there was a fault. I took it back to a store and showed the problem and it was agreed that it was a manufacturing problem. The assistant said they had an identical product, and we checked and they were fine. All’s well until the Assistant asked for another payment! It was £100! The policy was that the customer pays twice and at some time the first payment is returned to your card. My face must have said it all, as it was then declared that “there is sometimes away around that” and the way was found! Not good, Mountain Warehouse. Not good!
