They do not make a mountain out of a molehill
I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Ben, Customer Support and Ciaran in the Dublin store for their exceptional support, guidance and help with the purchase and exchange of an item purchased recently in the Dublin store.
I have thankfully purchased other items from the store and have always had wonderful service from Ciaran, however I tried to order a coat and could not complete the on line purchase so Ciaran and another assistant helped. Sadly the item was delivered incorrectly, but Ben (customer support) answered my call for help and despatched a replacement the next day which duly arrived and I have returned the other coat to the store today.

Went into Mountain Warehouse in…
Went into Mountain Warehouse in Whiteley this morning, as the wife needed a new coat.
Only to find the checkouts are self-service only.
The staff did help, but the point is, I don't work for Mountain Warehouse and i have no intention of working as a cashier for free.
Just another Company putting profits and Fatcat bonuses before Jobs and customer service in my view.
Don't think I will be shopping with them again.

I ordered a dress from Mountain…
I ordered a dress from Mountain Warehouse at the end of July. Instead of delivery I opted for collection from the store. Unfortunately I was unwell and unable to collect the dress in the specified time. I had received an email from Mountain Warehouse on August 5th saying that if I didn’t collect the order within 3 days the order would be returned to the warehouse and a refund issued. I after a while waiting for the refund I contacted Mountain Warehouse to ask why I hadn’t heard anything about this order, I received the following AI generated response:
The email dated 5 August 2026 confirmed that the refund process would begin if the dress was not collected, but it does not confirm when the parcel was received back at our warehouse. This means I’m unable to give you an exact refund date from the information available.
I have still heard nothing, I am yet to receive a further email or refund. It is now 4 weeks since I should have collected the order, still no email saying the order has been returned to the warehouse and no refund. The item has never left Mountain Warehouse premises, it has always been with them. It has never even been in my possession.
I find this extremely poor customer service, not what I would expect from such a large company. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything else from them nor will I be shopping there again.

As the store is not clean ! There’s dead flies and dust in the window display . The staircase and surrounding areas are covered in dust .

They use Evri for delivery so don't bother!
They clearly know their are issues but their attitude is basically could not care less and this is the customers problem if there are delays. My package has been showing as Evri is waiting for Mountain Warehouse to give them the package for the last 3 days!
Mountain Warehouse online chat could not care less (too busy speaking to the hundreds of other customers at the same time who I can only assume are also complaining about Evri!) and dismissed me - refused to look into it or contact Evri. If you cannot tell me where the parcel is then I'm pretty sure this is your problem not mine! I will be taking it up with my credit card company now as if you cant prove you have even sent the package I don't think you should be able to take my money!

2 left boots sent. Quickly resolved
I received my order of snow boots today but realised after some head scratching i had received two left boots. I tried the chatbox that annoyed me and took ages so decided to call. Aman was really helpful and sorted a new pair for me straight away, it was rather annoying as i need them for forest school for my daughter, but with next day delivery organised cant complain. Im sure the chat can be helpful but in my opinion cant beat a human to resolve your query and aman was personable and sympathetic about the error. Also love the other item i reveived would order again.

Extremely concerning hygiene and customer service issue
I purchased a double sleeping bag new from the Mountain Warehouse at Tanger Outlets because I specifically did not want to buy used camping equipment for hygiene reasons.
On the first night of a multi-day camping trip, I noticed the sleeping bag had a noticeable perfume scent. The following morning, while packing it away, I discovered a balled-up girl's top and a pair of underwear inside the foot of the sleeping bag.
I had already slept in it with my young son before discovering this. I was several hours from home and camping remotely, so I couldn't simply return to the store or go buy another sleeping bag. I had to continue using it for the remainder of the trip.
I contacted Mountain Warehouse Customer Service and was told I would receive a response within 24 hours. Since then, I've followed up multiple times, but I've only received automated AI responses telling me that a response is coming. I still have not been able to speak with an actual person about the issue.
I am happy to return the sleeping bag and the items found inside it. I am simply asking for a full refund and, given the circumstances and considerable inconvenience, a replacement new sleeping bag as a goodwill gesture.
I am extremely disappointed that a product sold as new contained another person's dirty clothing and underwear, and even more disappointed that I have had such difficulty getting a human response to what I consider a serious hygiene and quality-control issue.
I hope Mountain Warehouse will actually investigate how this happened and contact me with a resolution.
