Brilliant advice and great products
The Swansea Morfa branch puts outstanding customer service at its core. Each and every time we visit we get excellent advice and products are competitively priced and great quality. Our recent visit was for a range of items for a trip to S America and Nicole was fantastic - she listened to what we needed and got us everything we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable and just great all round. Thankyou

Hice una compra grande y al llegar me faltaba una prenda, envié un email a atención al cliente y aunque ponía que podían tardar hasta 72 horas en contestar, no tardaron más de 10 minutos y en su contestación me indicaron que me enviaban la prenda e inmediatamente me llegó el email de la empresa de transportes. Ya tengo la prenda en casa. Para mí ha sido de 10 la atención al cliente.

Awful online experience
Awful online experience, ordered 4 items for next day delivery, 2 items arrived 1 was delayed and 1 was lost. Even worse than this bloody paper bags they use. Think I will use blacks from now on

The shop floor was well organised and easy to find what I was looking for. Very few items on floor etc so was clean and tidy, as were the changing rooms. Staff were approachable. I’d definitely recommend and will return

Customer service were right on the ball…
Customer service were right on the ball when I realised only the local half of my order could be delivered to a AusPost Parcel Locker.
Valentina changed the address for the UK part, and it was subsequently delivered correctly.
I do wish the overseas part could be last mile with Aus Post as Evri and DAI assume authority to leave and don't provide real time tracking, you have to go to the app
Both parts of my order arrived promptly and in good condition

Received the wrong order (size) twice
Received the wrong order (size) twice. Customer service chat is an AI bot which keeps closing and finally when you get through to customer service you are advised to purchase again separately through the website after 2 returns! Would not recommend!
I have returned for the 2nd time and received my exchange (3rd pair) and they are the wrong size again!!! An absolute disgrace

Customer service went above and beyond
Customer service went above and beyond! I accidentally sent the wrong item (not a product from MW but a child's coat) to the returns warehouse. I rang to see if it was possible to retrieve it but didn't have a huge amount of hope. However, thanks to the help of Heidi who works there, the coat was found and returned to me. This was exceptional service, I am really grateful to Heidi and colleagues for demonstrating that businesses don't have to be a black hole, they can still care about people and provide excellent service with a human approach!

Quality Doesn’t Match the Premium Claims
The authenticity and build quality of Trespass products really stand out, especially when compared with Mountain Warehouse’s budget items that are often promoted as premium. After several issues with MW footwear, it’s clear the quality doesn’t match the pricing or the marketing. Trespass gear simply feels better made and more trustworthy. My experience with MW has been consistently disappointing.

Disappointed
Bought two shower-resistant jackets for my son and daughter for school. Unfortunately, they’re both on the smaller side, which was disappointing as they look lovely otherwise.
I then went to arrange a return and discovered there’s a £2 return charge. I know it’s only £2, but honestly, what on earth is that about? When the jackets are already coming up smaller than expected, having to pay to return them has really annoyed me.
It’s not the £2 itself,it’s the principle. I’m disappointed with the sizing and then being charged to return something that doesn’t fit as expected.

Outstanding customer service
I received a scooter that was wired incorrectly. I sent a message to moutian warehouse and I received a response from an ai bot but then I was quickly passed on to human service. They were extremely quick to respond to my emails and I was sent a new scooter quickly.

Nice products, excellent no pressure support and care.
My Mum in her 70s was walking boot shopping. She has particular needs for her feet and needed a little guidance and support to try lots of different boots with socks etc…. The staff at Mountain warehouse at Cotswold designer outlet (particularly Lyndsey) were so patient and supportive that my mum felt comfortable throughout, even when she left to have a think. Needless to say she returned a couple of hours later and made the purchase. Lyndsey had finished for the day, but Jackie picked up the support and Lyndsey had communicated that my mum may pop in. Jackie was also lovely and supportive.

Bought a pair of mens extreme walking…
Bought a pair of mens extreme walking boots a week ago. Very comfortable. Just a shame they are not waterproof as it said on the label. Cost over a £100. We bought them in the Isle of Man. Didn't take them in the box and can't find the receipt. So a complete waste of money.
