Nice products, excellent no pressure support and care.
My Mum in her 70s was walking boot shopping. She has particular needs for her feet and needed a little guidance and support to try lots of different boots with socks etc…. The staff at Mountain warehouse at Cotswold designer outlet (particularly Lyndsey) were so patient and supportive that my mum felt comfortable throughout, even when she left to have a think. Needless to say she returned a couple of hours later and made the purchase. Lyndsey had finished for the day, but Jackie picked up the support and Lyndsey had communicated that my mum may pop in. Jackie was also lovely and supportive.

Bought a pair of mens extreme walking…
Bought a pair of mens extreme walking boots a week ago. Very comfortable. Just a shame they are not waterproof as it said on the label. Cost over a £100. We bought them in the Isle of Man. Didn't take them in the box and can't find the receipt. So a complete waste of money.

Yesterday I went into my local shop in…
Yesterday I went into my local shop in Norwich in Haymarket, I was served by Celia who I believe is the manager, she couldn’t have been more helpful, helping me choose stuff for my forthcoming trip to the Lake District, comprising of waterproof jacket, waterproof over trousers, and walking shoes and socks.

Mountain Warehouse use Evri
Mountain Warehouse have chosen Evri as their preferred delivery partner. And as such my next day delivery order did not turn up. Its impossible to contact an Evri human for help, AI responses. Escalation takes days. Order marked as 'complete' in the Mountain Warehouse system. Based on the MW automated help response, their system does know it hasn't been delivered. Zero oversight here.

My customer service call to Lauren W was a most positive experience. Once she discovered that my jacket had become lost in transit, she was most helpful and attentive in finding me a replacement jacket and had it all organised and shipped within a day.

£300 hiking boots fell apart after dry Californian hiking
Bought a pair of extreme line hiking boots originally sold at £300 but purchased for £150. They were brand new when used for a week of gentle hiking around Yosemite and Sequoia national parks in California however fell apart shortly after. It's shocking that a pair of £300 hiking boots weren't able to survive a week of dry Californian paths. They were binned and replaced with a pair of far superior, comfier Mammut boots.

I have always found Mountain Warehouse Customer service to be excellent, which is one reason we have been regular customers for many years. On this occasion, Phoebe was very helpful giving me a refund when I had trouble using a special discount code. Was all very quick over email and staff are always responsive.

Amazing prices and helpful staff!
I always like to buy something on vacation. I’ve just spent a week in Jasper and 3 days in Banff. I looked extensively in outdoor clothing stores and just could not spend between $150-200 on a nice base layer top. I found this store today and I bought 3 items, plus a nice fleece for my husband for $100. Amazing! The entire store was 50% off. Loved my experience.

No customer service
Went into the store at Derby to purchase a mosquito head net. The label stated £9.99 - buy one, get one free. Took it to the counter and the person at the checkout put it through the till and asked for £11.99. He then said that it had been priced incorrectly and should be £11.99 and ‘did I want it or not’ as he couldn’t change price at the till.i declined to purchase on principle and went back in an hour later only to find my articles had been placed back on the rack - still incorrectly priced.

Field Extreme Mens Vibram Waterproof Walking Shoes
Ordered and received a pair of "Field Extreme Mens Vibram Waterproof Walking Shoes". Within about 3 months and under 250 miles of walking on mixed terrain, the cleated soles have worn through to the pockets that exist in the Vibram soles. My previous VIBRAM soled boots are still going strong after 7 years of hard wear. Note. Not all Vibram soles are made of solid rubber, and the are many variations of their soles, so spend some time checking that they are not pocketed/galleried. The thon outer layer will wear rapidly.
To be fair, Mountain Warehouse have replaced the shoes, but I have very little confidence in the replacement although they are of a different type, with a VIBRAM sole. This I have later found to be pocketed as well!
Further to the above, I was assured of a refund on the original purchase after agreeing and being charged for an alternative pair. The refund was supposed to take place within 14 days. Almost a month later, no refund had taken place, so I contacted the care team to query this missing refund. I was told that it would be paid within 5 days. I asked for an explanation as to why the refund had not taken place within 14 days. That simple question was never answered and despite repeated emails requests for a reason, the only response was, You will be paid within 5 days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

bought a pair of men's iso dry walking…
bought a pair of men's iso dry walking boots early July this year during the dry spell. Now i find these boots absolutely soak in the water some of the outside fabric has also deteriorated. Really shocking and not fit for purpose. Cheap and nasty never again will i purchase anything from this store again. Very very poor quality probably have to chuck soon.

Good experience except for the neck pillow
I went into the Serpentine Green store for some spare tent pegs and a mallet and came out with those and also a travel towel, an inflatable neck pillow, and a nice half-price LED lantern torch. I didn't ask the friendly staff for help and wish I had because the neck pillow is quite hard to inflate as you have to blow into a valve which has a stopper that gets in the way of making a good seal with your mouth. So if you go in for a pillow, ask them to show you the full range because some are advertised as self-inflating.
