Move was swift and easy. The movers were super polite.

I had to move fairly quickly and was able to book my move through Movee seamlessly. The pick-up to drop-off was handled professionally and I truly appreciate the efforts the boys went to make it as easy as it could be. Thank you so much! This is the second time I’ve used Movee and it’s upheld its experience!

The move went very smooth on the day.
However, the boys arrive a little bit later than schedule and when calling there was no answer. Otherwise very good service.

The services are pathetic. The contractor provided by movie does not abide the time allotted. We had booked for afternoon slot whereas the guys landed in the night and job was finished in a very haphazard manner post midnight. They were threating us to pay money after unloading half the stuff. Even few things like cupboard and fridge was damaged as the guys were not experienced at all how to pack and move the stuff. It was total waste of our time, money and energy. We never had such horrible experience in Australia before. So think 100 times before booking through movee.

Do not use this service under any circumstances. We are significantly inconvenienced and have incurred additional expenses. Disgraceful. MOVEE is ONLY a platform that then outsources the move to an unknown contractor. They do not take any responsibility for what happens and do not provide operational support or service. The $50 deposit fee is a money making scam.

We had a move booked for an Melb city to a regional area. We took the day off work. It was confirmed by Movee representative Oliur for Dec 15th on Dec 12th. When the movers did not arrive we messaged Oliur. No response. We rang the 1300 number and got to the Movee operations manager Lisa Rankin (not sure it is actually her name) who lied and said the movers had come to the house and we weren’t there. Of course we were there. She could not provide the contact details for that mover. The number she gave me to call was for a contractor who had only just been told of the job and did not know any of the job details. After many calls she undertook to call us with a solution by 2pm but did not call. No response to any text messages.

At considerable expense, we have had to rebook removalists, change clean dates and key handover.

This can all be substantiated with time stamped emails and text messages.

1 star is too high - confirmation text received day before. Waiting for delivery truck on the day - did not turn up. After ringing and leaving messages eventually got to someone on the 1300 number to be told it has been cancelled as they are unavailable.. no notice whatsoever

The movers were efficient and the job itself was done well. Unfortunately, the repeated calls for a review have been overwhelming. I’d recommend reducing the follow-up frequency, as it detracted from an otherwise good service.

Great experience

The guys moving the gear were great, very careful.
The load was not off the truck when I received a call requesting my credit card number for final payment without quoting the total. I don’t give my card details over the phone and had to insist on an invoice so I could BPay - more than I had expected.
