They didn't turn up when arranged and instead went to an address 1.5 hours' away, despite our address being unique. We had arranged for a full pack and move but for some reason they didn't pick up the moving boxes in time and were asking me to do it while I was in work meetings. When they finally arrived the next day they took much longer than quoted for the job and overcharged. On the day that they were supposed to do the move they tied me up in phone calls all day as they blundered around failing to do their one job. They also seem to have passed my number on to a cleaning agency that gave me an unsolicited call for cleaning services. RUN! Absolute nightmares to deal with. They lie, overcharge and are wildly incompetent.

Despite them asking what size apartment was being moved and the number of boxes they sent a truck that could only take half. This meant two trips from the Peninsula to the city and as they quoted an hourly charge resulted in a 9 hr job instead of 5. When queried they talked over us and hung up multiple times. Threatened to take the 2nd delivery to a depot unless the 9hrs was paid for. Took the money without authorisation from the details they were given for the deposit. They completely took advantage of the situation and refused to discuss it. Would recommend being very careful with them or using someone else

Great staff and very professional

This company was reliable, efficient and the two movers were very professional.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and transparency from this company. From the beginning, I made it very clear that I was travelling over an hour and a half to get to the job and specifically asked whether this travel time would be included in the charge. I was told it would not. Despite this, I was later billed for extra hours that were never agreed to.
When I tried to discuss the quote and clarify the misunderstanding, I was repeatedly spoken over. The attitude I received was rude, abrupt, and completely unprofessional. I was quoted for a 2 hour job plus a travel fee, yet somehow ended up charged for an additional 2 hours even though I arrived at the property before their truck did.
Overall, the experience felt dishonest and unnecessarily unpleasant. I would not recommend this company based on the hidden fees, lack of respect, and unprofessional behaviour I encountered.

Organizing the move was easy and the Movee team was very responsive to questions. When shopping around for quotes and contacting other moving companies, I was bombarded with calls, messages and emails from these companies. Movee was different, they were always respectful and refrained from tormenting calls. And this was a BIG plus. This is the 2nd time that we used Movee and both time we were very happy with the service provided.

Absolutely fantastic, very easy to deal with and the movers were very professional and took extreme care of my furniture.

Scammers!! Do NOT use this service, they give you false information in quotes and scam you out of your money. They do not return the booking fee and try to charge you for cost that were stated in the quote as no charge e.g stairs charge.
This company is a fraud. I have emailed my complaint with no response from them. I have to go to my bank to flight to get the money that they stole from me.
