They get to the point, troubleshoot quickly, and help you keep the transaction moving instead of getting stuck in software issues. Overall, solid platform and solid customer service.

While the software does have some deficiencies and areas that could be improved, the team behind Strata Master truly makes a difference.
Whether dealing with management or support, their professionalism, responsiveness, and manner are consistently outstanding. The team is extremely helpful, patient, and solution-focused. Whenever issues arise, they handle them promptly and with genuine care.

Attempts to contact MRI concerning contract issues or any other issue other than technical is not possible. I would never ever allow this company to have access to your bank account as they are unreachable, unresponsive, making customer service non-existent. I consider them to be unethical. This is based on genuine experience.
