The Support Analyst (TurRay, Marcia, Jamie) have been my saving grace.

Always prompt to reply to my e-mails. And, they are so good to reply in an easy-to-understand manner.

The support team at CTM is great. The system can be difficult to use but they are always there to help.

I can't say enough about Erin Jones, I had a couple of documents that needed to be input into smart templates, she got back to me quickly and got them uploaded right away.

Attempts to contact MRI concerning contract issues or any other issue other than technical is not possible. I would never ever allow this company to have access to your bank account as they are unreachable, unresponsive, making customer service non-existent. I consider them to be unethical. This is based on genuine experience.
