Unusually good support
Names deals with a world I’m unacquainted with as a pre digital person who is terribly bad at IT. My questions were answered in a way I understood by a person who can deal with people like me. It was a bonus that I didn’t feel like an idiot at the end of the process.

I don't know why my email account was deleted but as soon as I contacted Names customer services Kyle asked the tech department to treat my problem as urgent - which they did. Many thanks.

The correspondent understood my question and answered it very well. The question related to the leaving names.co.uk and the associated process. It is unfortunate that I have to leave names.co.uk, but for my purposes the escalating costs were too great and I have a much better deal that is more in accordance with my requirements.
