Had the first KIA service today for a new car , when we had a Toyota Rav 4 it always came back washed and vacuumed so a bit disappointed that no cleaning done.

I had the lovely experience of speaking with Mark (Parts Manager) at Chiswick Honda.
I have to say what a lovely gentleman he was over the phone. He was so polite professional & extremely helpful with my parts query; but only that, Mark was able to advise me on technical aspects of car servicing according to Honda’s recommendations. His experience within the automotive industry speaks volumes.
I have to say it was almost like speaking with a friend rather than a Manager at a Dealership. I really wish other Honda Parts Managers were like Mark but unfortunately far from it. Before ending the call Mark said to me that if you need any further help in the future than please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Now that’s what you call a

Excellent customer service. Olivia was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with us and explaining everything in detail. Very quick service went in on the Wednesday and got my car by the Friday which was much appreciated.

Experience with Urgent Safety Recall
This is a new post due to the reply below. Don't change any engine settings without guaranteeing the engine's future operation. My Peugeot only had the engine acoustics checked, as described in the email. Nothing else was done, as described in the recall campaign. After some time, a buzzing and metallic sound appeared at the camshaft chain. The problem was reported to Norton Way Peugeot, but incompetence seemed to prevail over any assistance. This Norton Way Peugeot reply has nothing to do with anything. It's a typical copy/paste. I don't recommend it.

Don’t expect a courtesy car if they need to keep your car in for a fortnight
Have in the past received great service from Norton Way Mazda, but after this latest round of our CX60 warranty work, it will be the last car I ever purchase from them - and that hurts as this is my third new car purchased here plus we purchased my sons new car from here too.
The CX60 PHEV whilst is a lovely car has so many faults it has spent a fair bit of time in the Service Department. This last escapade is for a faulty steering rack and an engine mounting block needs replacing - on a car that’s just done 15,000 miles I might add.
My car went in a week and half a go, and was told they needed to keep it a week until the parts arrive from Belgium. I called a week later as hadn’t heard anything to be told they are not expecting the parts in for another week. I asked therefore if we could have a courtesy car to be told that there’s none available and there’s a five week wait for courtesy cars. I’ve got Christmas Shopping to do and a Granddaughter visit with activities planned.
I am pretty disgusted to pay £54k for car and then to be basically left high and dry and having to go and hire a car so we can continue with our plans.
I am so done!

They were only interested in making money out of uneccesary work. Totally dissapointed. I should have clocked it earlier. It turned out to be nothing wrong with the car in the end when i took to a non dealer. Very dissapointed. I used to rate Peugeot, but not any more.

I have just had my car serviced today and once again can’t thank Ryan (the service manager) and his team enough for the professional service that they provide.
I have owned several Nissan cars over many years and can quite honestly say that I have never been let down either by the sales or service experience provided by the Letchworth Nissan Garage.

Too little time to undertake proper work
I brought my motor bicycle in for a service and inspection of damage after being dropped.
The service identified that the rear brakes and chain require replacing, however the dealership declined to undertake this work on the service as they don't have time. No follow up appointment or opportunity to leave the bike for this work to be completed was offered.
The damage from dropping the bike was superficially remedied, however it is clear following the work that the handlebars are bent. I imagine that this was not followed up due to the same time constraints on the dealership.
I was offered a tailored service plan, which it transpires is dealership specific and only covers certain parts; despite being sold as a drop it off and fix anything service.
The sales department were delightful and tried to offer me a bike fitting service for a new bike.
Overall, I shall not be returning to Chiswick Honda and I am quite perturbed to have a left a service with so much work outstanding on my bike.

I had to do a review as this was my first time getting my car service at GWR Kia and everyone was great at looking after me from start to finish.
For a change it was a pleasure to bring my car in for a service unlike all those years visiting Ford!

I had a very poor experience purchasing my Honda car.
I had a very poor experience purchasing a second-hand car at this dealership. I was given a date as to when my vehicle would be ready so I bought my train ticket only to be told a few hours before that it would not be ready. I therefore didn't have enough time to get a refund on the train ticket. The salesperson was aware of this. Secondly I was asked for a review but was unable to submit however much I tried the computer system would not let me submit a negative review. Thirdly I was not made aware of the rust patches on the roof nor the lack of paint around the window. Fourth 10 minutes into the journey after pick up my vehicle the tyre inflation warning light came on. There is no puncture in the tyre so I assume it is either a faulty valve or poor seal around the edge. Because of the length of time Norton Honda had the vehicle they must have know about this fault and pumped up the tyre just before the hand over. I also became suspicious about the previous history of the car because the dealer had forgotten to clear the history from the navigation system. The last log was for a motor circuit so I became suspicious as to whether the vehicle had been used on a "Drive your own car track day" which may be a good explanation to the excessive number of stone chips in the paintwork. A truely disappointing experience with Norton Way Honda. How Norton Way Honda can improve: offer a refund for transportation cost if you have agreed a time of pick up then cancel. Be totally honest about a vehicle's condition and point out all of the good and bad points. Allow submissions of negative as well as positive reviews. December 2023.

The sales rep, Fardin was very polite & courteous & attentive. I enjoy owning a Honda Jazz, have done for a long time. However I would have been happier if my new car had an appropriate hand book, interior mats, a jack & wheel brace, this I stole from my old car!!!!

First car had issues took 8 months to try and sort
There is many things I can say about NW Peugeot. From their sales team I can't fault; David, Dawn, Archie all lovely guys who genuinely have a passion for the business and want to look after customers but what does let this all down is the after care and senior management team.
I originally brought a brand new 3008 back in January this year with all the bells and whistles on it and David was great guiding me a first time car buyer though the process. I took delivery of the car and this is when the troubles began, I reported a issue with the car Infotainment system where it would create a static popping noise whenever the car was turned on or was running, it went back and I was told there was no noise and this was normal which I disputed. A month later I was on a road trip driving on the motorway when there was a loud 'pop' and the screen went off and restarted which wasn't very ideal driving at 70mph. Reported this again to NW where they took the car back in and had a look but again could not recreate it and asked me to make a video when it does this which I ended up doing when it kept happening.
At this point I wanted to reject the car as it was not what I wanted and was causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. I was told by the General Sales Manager (Ian, who's now left) that this was not possible and I would need to speak Peugeot so back and forth between NW and myself I decided to speak to Stellantis finance who told me that I needed to instruct NW that they would need to contact their dealer services and say that I would be rejecting the car again they refused to this this.
I later found out this was probably due to it would cost the dealership a lot of money which they would not want to spend on paying out on a faulty car.
Ian then has found a 'replacement' car which was a newer model to what the previous one, he told me that it was a 'GT' line and that he has all the extra packs my faulty 3008 had. I reluctantly agreed to take this as I was 8 months down the line and was very stressed and fed up of dealing with the situation. I took delivery of the car which I was told had been serviced and had recall work done to it but I never had a service book handed to me when I picked up the car.
I reached out to Paul (Head of Business) as I found out a not long after I took delivery Ian had left the business, talk about a quick exit! To express my disappointment with my nearly 10 months of dealing with NW weekly and my thoughts and feeling with the Replacement vehicle which in fact does not have all the packs which my previous car had as well as is more expensive each month and I can't understand why I am having to pay more for a car I felt I had to take when the issues were not my fault.
