Nutec Insulations Limited Avaliações

I was not sure what type of insulation to add in my loft Maria from sales, she was amazing in every step of the way from the start to the end of the project despite small hiccups in between. I have a shallow roof which makes installation difficult. First installation was good but needed few fixings. Company was accomodating to several issues that came up during first install and were welcoming to arrange an inspection and correction of few issues noted in first install and these were resolved with their help. They put my mind at ease and tried to organise a review of work as soon as possible. We had few cancellation from first inspector but They managed to arrange an inspection with alternative team who also completed the project at the same day. Mani from the Reading team was sent to us for the inspection and completed the work. He was kind and very polite. Explained all issues and solved them quickly and efficiently. He was attending and interested to detail. Thank you Mani for all help and work done today and thank you Nutec for been accommodating and supportive to our needs.

A 3 weeks ago I submitted a request for a loft survey. It’s been many years since I paid attention beyond the loft hatch, only to get my suitcases down from the sauna in the summer, or Christmas decorations down in November. (Don’t judge, I love Christmas and so I get started early).
This year I got the cases down, they were covered in mould. Something had chewed a hole through 1 of them.
We saved hard for this holiday, couldn’t wait to get on the plane, now my wife is in a panic, we have to buy new cases, the house will be over run with vermin when we get back, the mould will be the end of us.. what if it chewed a cable, what if, what if. …
I spent the next few hours looking on line, reading every review, if I found a bad one, I’d click on that person and check out if they were legitimate. Most 1* reviews to companies were either fake accounts or gave multiple 5* reviews to a company with a strange company name that didn’t exist.

I approached 3 companies, 2 of them popped their head in the loft, 1 said it’s probably bats that ate my suitcase. The white spots were droppings.
The second said they would do a top up.
Cowboys spring to mind.
Understandably I wasn’t as welcoming to James from Nutec at 1st, expecting more of the same.
He spent more time in my loft than I have in 20 years.
Showed me videos, pictures, explained everything in detail. Put my wife’s mind at rest, mice had left and too hot this time of year.
The mould was caused by condensation.
We had new windows and doors 2 years ago, cavity wall installed and about 50mm of fiberglass from when it was built
So when the heat cant go out, it goes up.
Hot meets the cold loft in the winter.
Condensation!
Perfect conditions for mushrooms and mould.
Problem solved, we had the Spacewrap installed while we were on holiday. Plus some additional boarding.
House feels a lot cooler and couldn’t be happier.
Thank you James, you didn't just solve our problems, you saved our holiday.

Ryan & dean were very good and keen workers, clean and tidy job was carried out effectively, good company to have in house. I highly recommend them.

Ryan and Dean did a great job insulating my loft. The arrived promptly, started work immediately and completed the job within the given time. When finished they clean up and took all the rubbish away.
Great guys.

All three of the Newcastle team were professional, polite and very helpful, we had trouble getting the aerial back up and running and made sure they got it sorted before leaving which would of put extra time on them getting home, but they were more concerned about making sure everything was in working order before leaving, they were also very tidy to i would highly recommend them
