Ricky & Ryan Arrived on time and worked continuously, no trouble to me, asked to inspect on completion and I am Happy to recommend to anyone thanks guys

Excellent service from Ricky and Ryan 100% thank you

Constantly calling me from a South African call centre booked appointments on five separate occasions but no one turns up what a joke! A big thumbs down 👇

Constant sales calls from automated system, disgusting sales techniques, sales people ignore requests to remove details from their sales database. This should not be allowed to continue.

Kelvin, his colleague and trainees arrived this morning and did a great job. Very tidy work.
No complaints.
Good energy savings ahead.

Newcastle team were brilliant a real asset to the company.

These people will hound you 3 or 4 times a week offering their ‘service’. After two months of continuous pestering I asking to speak to a manager and begged them to stop phoning. They agreed and within a week this company was back to phoning regularly. Appalling company that just won’t leave you alone. Open the door to them and they’ll be hounding you to the grave and beyond
And

Guys (from the Reading team) were prompt, polite, efficient and would highly recommend

Constantly calling to make an appointment I dont need.
I have blocked their number but despite that they mange to call me by calling from different numbers.
Edit. Tried to get this review blocked by claiming defamation but Trustpilot allowed the review.
Truth hurts!

Excellent work from Mark , kaylem fitters . They were so obliging helped inbeverywsy they could , cleaned away all rubbish and re put boxes back into loft . 2 lovely pleasant guys .
Mark assessor explained things in detail and processes.

Ricky and Curt lovely pair of guys done the loft insulation. Amazing job easy quick and polite. A job well done and very pleased with the final product.

Brilliant job by Kelvin and Kaylum
I'm more than pleased with the work!

Cannot recommend product yet as weather warm, not that im complaining
Ian and Lee were great, polite, helpful and clean and tidy. Great installation team, would recommend their work.

The Coventry Team who came to do the installation are a credit to this company. Very professional and friendly lads. Highly recommend

The appointment for a “free” loft survey arranged over the phone wasn’t followed up by text/ email confirmation as iscommon practice. As my loft was pretty full it took a day to clear it in readiness for the inspection. When I phoned to check why no one showed up at the appointed time it was claimed someone phoned me this morning to confirm the appointment ( on the actual day ??? ) and couldn’t get through. I’ve had no missed calls. What appalling communication. Maybe this company ought to spend less money on social media advertising and pay someone who can manage an appointments diary in the good, old fashioned way. 🤬

Unfortunately we had to cancel our installation however we dealt with Haroon Marshall, understood why and refunded straight away. Had our situation not changed we would have gone ahead as the product is excellent and the whole service we have had from first to last has been very good.

Ricky & Curt - excellent service - very efficient and polite - thank you

Newcastle team, spot on. Good job

The product is a great idea, and has a longer lifespan than standard glass fibre insulation. The company were easy to deal with and the work was carried out the next day by Kelvin and his team. fitment was great and despite the size of the loft space the work was the fairly quickly. And they cleaned up leaving very little for me to do other than tidy up the items stored in the loft.

This is a scam! Tried to charge us £4000 to just wrap some plastic sheets inside the loft. My mother paid a £100 deposit before I cancelled this, and after 2 months she still hasn't got her refund.
