Terrible. Slow delivery, poor communication, the 'chat' function just tells you to email admin when asked the simplest of questions. Not a company I'd consider using again. Very disappointing.

Highest level of service
Called for some help to get remote mic’s for my mitex radios… despite calling at 4:30pm being too late for the ‘last post’ of the day, Eion and his team still managed to get these to me the very next day. I needed them for a remote trip with young people; and they were absolutely perfect for our safety operations. Brilliant service, excellent communication throughout, and great products from mitex. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
