I have been designing websites for over 20 years, and until one of my sites was hacked, I never thought I would need outside help. However, a persistent hacker made my life miserable, so I turned to OneHourSiteFix, and they resolved my problem immediately. You could not possibly ask for a more professional company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed at all with the service. Asked to fix malware (redirecting to scam website), chose this company cause it says everywhere it is a one hour service and I needed my website up and running. It took 4 hours and I got an email saying it was fixed.. I then had friends recheck the links and exactly the same issue was happening to exactly the same scam websites.

Emailed them back an hour later to say it wasn't fixed. A day later they got back to me saying it was reinfected? Within the hour?? and that they would check look over it .. and then after 1.5 days still nothing got done so got someone else to fix it.

They finally just emailed back almost 2 days after I purchased the product saying they couldn't find an issue...and I told them I'd paid someone else to do it.

Wouldn't recommend..was a waste of $110AUD.

My website was hacked, on the same day, while searching on Google, I found OneHourSiteFix who handled the problem with great efficiency and excellent responsiveness, and at a very reasonable rate. My website was redirecting to site containing spam and I just couldn’t figure it out. Finally gave up and bought the one time fix from onehoursitefix. Boy, did I wish I had done that earlier instead of hours and hours of wasting time figuring it out myself. The team there did a quick and decent job finding and fixing the problem. Communication was great.

My website was black listed on multiple platforms and the interned providers would show it as insecure website even if nothing was wrong with the website.
Ibrahim and his team did a great job by contacting all the platforms where my website was blacklisted so they can remove it from the black list.
