These people saved my sanity!
Oh my word what a stressful 2 weeks I had been having. I'd had a shared hosting account (I'll change this now) with my main website getting hacked and just not functioning in the slightest. Malware galore. I'd tried everywhere - even my main hosting company to try to identify the problem and root cause. They'd offered suggestions but kept me waiting for such a long time. I needed help now. OneHourSiteFix basically took me by the hand and helped me clean, restore and get all functionality back. They went over and beyond what I was expecting and I'm eternally grateful. My "go to" people!

I was struggling with a hack of my website for 2 weeks approaching many professionals to find a fix. Forget fixing it but they were not even able to identify it. OneHourSiteFix was the only company which was able to identify the hack that too within 90 minutes of contacting them. The best thing was they identified it for free. Though I hadn't heard of them before, them being able to identify the hack gave me tremendous confidence in them to go ahead and fix it. I without hesitation subscribed to the Fix + Protect service.

Their speed of problem identification and resolution was super impressive and highly commendable. The whole process only took about 6-7 hours whereas their competition turnaround time was 24-30 hours as published on their websites.

We reached out to OneHourSiteFix to fix three Word Press websites that were badly infected with malware. They did an excellent job in particularly difficult circumstances - the hackers had infiltrated the sites to such an extent that every time the files were cleaned they were able to bring it down again within 24 hours. OneHourSiteFix were very determined. They stayed with the job all the way through until the sites were back online and secure. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others!

Great price and service that goes WAY above and beyond! I reached out to One Hour Site Fix to clean up a client's website that had been infested with malicious code and malware. They stayed with it until it was clean, and they kept an open channel of communication the whole way through. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

When your site is compromised you need these guys. Their communication throughout is kind, reassuring, professional, attentive. They know exactly what they're doing and you can rest assured the horrible experience of a hack will be sorted out quickly.

I totally recommend going for rapid fix and protect at the least because, let's face it, there are going to be ongoing issues caused by certain scenarios, such as not realising a bridged CMS instance is another website in its own right, opening you up to cross site contamination. Yep, that happened. I was advised and they fixed it. So I keep my job and can still pay the bills. Small price to pay.

Highly recommended. I'm confident you won't find a better solution. And for the price! It's nothing compared to lost revenue.

I learned my lesson about having a shared hosting account for many websites on the same server. The server was hacked and every company wanted hundreds of dollars PER SITE! OneHourSiteFix was not only affordable but very knowledgeable and responsive. I was blown away by their customer service. They truly go the extra mile and I got all 8 of my websites back. These guys are the real deal. They assisted our team with a highly complex malware issue that had managed to bypass multiple firewalls and levels of protection... and delivered! It took longer to resolve than it likely takes for most of their clients' issues, but throughout the course of our interactions, they provided some of the best customer service that I've ever seen from an online company. The world would be a much better place to do business in if there were more companies like this, I will recommend them to anyone who needs help in the future.

I hired OneHourSiteFix to remove backdoor malware. It didn't take an hour, but that's ok. They did secure the site quickly, and then over the next day all the infected files were removed and my site was malware free. I highly recommend this company to everyone! Professional service!

Could not recommend this company more. Website got hacked, although it took longer to resolve the issues they were constantly on it, replied to all my emails within a matter of minutes and kept me updated all the time, have now entered the monthly protection plan to keep these guys onboard all the time in case something like this happens again
