Easy to order, great price, fast delivery and well packaged. 9 year old granddaughter loved skateboard, well made and durable, great first board.

Appealing and disgusting.Sent a changing robe back over a month ago after purchasing a second one as the first was too big and as a company they don’t exchange and still no refund despite sending proof of return with a tracking number .STAY AWAY non existing customer service !!!!

The product bought was perfect although the wetsuits are very small sized so I ordered 2 larger sizes as I needed them for a weekend away.
I returned the two smaller sized suits but it took ages for the parcel to reach the retailer and in the end it took over one month to refund me my money. Which is too long in my opinion

Ordered a wetsuit and followed size but when it arrived, was too small, as i needed one for my daughter as we were going to a beach trip soon, I quickly ordered 2 sizes bigger, still small, oh well pressed returned, got labels printed and sent it back by Evri, tracking and email showed they recd it back, 2 weeks went by no refund so had to email Osprey, they asked for tracking number and proof it was returend??

Ordered a wetsuit in May but it was too small so I requested to send it back for a refund, tracking says osprey received it on the 8th June never got an email saying they received it so I emailed them which got a reply asking for proof sent them the proof had to wait a day between each reply, they eventually said they’d request I get a refund but still haven’t had a refund yet it’s now the 18th June so 10 days since they’ve received it and no refund

Update 25/6 I’ve now been notified I will receive a partial refund, doesn’t include the postage I payed but has yet to arrive back in my bank

Good quality wetsuits. Straight forward ordering. Had to return an item due to a sizing issue, which was a simple process and once item had been received the money was refunded in good time. Would of got a replacement if there was a wider size selection.

Came quickly. And they do the job

Awful service, ordered items that were showing in stock and ready to deliver within 2-4 days; over 60 hours after ordering I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I asked them to refund that item and proceed with dispatching the rest of the order. 72 hours later, still nothing has been dispatched. Phoned their customer service and spoke to someone who was giving excuses as to why the order will be difficult to cancel, even though it has still not dispatched. Avoid!

Didn't have to wait long for our order to be delivered. some items didn't fit so sent them back and reordered. The second delivery was very quick. Credit for order sent back was about two weeks. Got two wet suites which were great for holiday and two dry robes. Both of great quality. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Update: your response is the same on both my reviews. You clearly don’t value customers. This outstanding refund fiasco dates back to April. You have had all the info twice and yet still no refund to-date 16 June. Overall this is unacceptable as are the ridiculous responses of we are busy/more information.

Further to my 4/6 review & responding to Osprey’s request, even though they already had the information, I am still appallingly & disgustingly awaiting my refund from April. Your poor excuse, a number of times of “We’re busy” is not acceptable. I shall keep updating my reviews until my money is returned.

Needed replacement surfboard and very swift response with no fuss.

I made two separate purchases from Osprey Action Sports, and both were completely the wrong size despite following their charts. The first was tiny; the second (a men's size based on their waist recommendation) was massive.

Customer service was utterly useless. I sent four separate emails asking for sizing help and received the same generic, copy-pasted response every time: "just buy the next size up" or "return and buy another." Meanwhile, I am losing money on return shipping fees and losing my original discount with every mistake they cause. Plus, returns take far too long to process.

Thanks to their unhelpful policies and inaccurate size charts, my son’s event is here and we are stuck with an oversized wetsuit that doesn't fit properly. To top it all off, if their charts had been accurate and I'd bought the right size initially, it would have been half the cost!

I need to correct the record regarding the company’s recent response claiming they have "resolved" my issue. This is entirely inaccurate. They have done no such thing. The only action they’ve taken was refunding me for the first wetsuit, a frustrating process that took a full month of back-and-forth to get done. Aside from that, nothing has been fixed or resolved

Terrible, I have received two left feet which I carried all the way to Amsterdam as a gift for my sister. Loved the product so it was unfortunate there were two left feet. Its a real shame because I simply wanted to send them item back and receive the correct item. Communication and correspondence has unfortunately been very poor and unhelpful.

Returned an item, no acknowledgment 10 days on and no refund issued.

I orderd a swim jacket for my dog
It arrived fine good product but too big for my dog
Arranged with the company to return item
But 13 days after they had received item back no refund had to contact them
I was told it would be processed and would take 10days more to receive refund
I have now received my refund but their refund process is shocking
Only order if you know you won't need to return the item
