Osprey skateboards:
Very good and durable for the price.
As much as I like the company I still think I should mention the problems I've had

Problems:
My lonboard had small bubbles in the front part of the griptape, my skateboard had small cracks along the layers and my cruiser had small chips taken out in the trucks
(I don't really mind because I skate in the rain so they're gonna get ruined anyway, they also weren't supernoticable.

Advantages:
all 3 of my boards were surprisingly durable and pretty good quality especially for how cheap they are

my long board has been used in the rain, dropped from buildings (don't ask) ,sent into walls and it still works perfectly fine, the only difference to the visuals is the wood has gone gray and the front is flatter. it's lasted me 3years so far

Evri lost my cruiser but thankfully osprey sent me a new one with express shipping

Clearly I should've checked the recent reviews, first, before placing my order! Still waiting for the order I placed about a week ago, now, and no communication has been received. On their website it says that they guarantee items to be sent out the same working day if the order is placed before 2pm, and that it'll be the next working day if placed after... so what's the hold up? I sent an email enquiring, and nothing. Next stop will be to try phoning them, but looking at other reviews, I'm not hopeful I'll get anywhere with it, so looks like it'll be contacting my bank soon after for a chargeback!

Seriously, don't give these guys your money. Customer service is nonexistent, and despite their own guarantees on their website it's apparently a possibility that they just won't send your order out at all.

Excellent fast delivery. Product great quality for very reasonable price.

Right size and good quality

Wetsuit is nice, but sizing far too small. Just missed the return window as well. Shame.

Wetsuit was as expected. Fitted well and did what it says on the tin.

I placed an order very late last night forgetting to request express delivery so I emailed requesting that to be cancelled. Then I placed a second order with express delivery and mistakenly clicked on my husbands email address. I spent 15 minutes the first time, 45 minutes the second time and 30 minutes the third time waiting for the call to be answered - just to check if the item had been dispatched (as I need the item tomorrow). Having given them all the other details (order numbers, email addresses) and the same postal address, the customer service staff insisted that they required verification from my husband to speak to me for this less than £20.00 purchase. After three calls, the item had still not been marked for discharge, I had wasted so much time on the call and disturbing my husband on Alexa to enable him to connect with these jokers also, we cancelled the order. We will never waste any time and effort ordering with Osprey ever again.

Worst company ever. Don't waste your time or money. They're happy to offer discounts, but the items never arrive. When chased, they immediately refund, and ask you to reorder. But you have to wait 5 to 7 days for your money!!
I was told, reorder we have over 200 of the items in stock. So, why not just dispatch when the order is placed?
Dreadful service.

I ordered a wetsuit that didn’t fit so was returned the same day it arrived using their courier evri. Nearly 4 weeks later I haven’t received a refund. When chased customer services were rude/short and said it hadn’t arrived back and then seemingly have stopped responding. The tracking shows I returned the item so I expect a refund. I will update this review if I get a refund.

Great experience with Osprey. The surfboard was delivered on time and the quality of the product is phenomenal. Best foam board I've ever had the pleasure of riding. Couldn't recommend more.

The staff were fantastic. Very warm welcome and very clear with advice. The games were awesome.

Ordered 2 scooters (£265) on the 19th and they were expected by the 23rd. My daughters birthday is on the 25th so thought I had time. Clearly not. No scooter, no customer service available to contact nothing. Had to download Shop to see where my order was and it hasn't even been processed let alone shipped. Wish I had gone elsewhere. Really disappointed!

Update. They dispatch 7 days after payment and you get it on the 8th. So it could have been here in the time they had said it would on the website but didn't. Ospray will answer quicker to trust pilot reviews then they do thier own email forms or emails. My items hadn't been dispatched so I told them to cancel. They dispatched anyway so I said I would refuse the item at my door. So they dropped them off at a neighbours house for me to collect, I was in all day and didn't hear a knock or the doorbell rung. So I had to bring them into my house and the packing has a picture of a scooter on them so my kids seen them and because they are SEN dont understand why they just cant have the scooters so now I'm stuck with these scooters coz if I send them back my kids will cry!
Honestly feel conned by this whole experience!

Update: 2nd June. Customer services have finally got in touch, no apology just stating my parcels have been delivered. They also asked for further information because of my trust piolet review but haven't got back to me on that either.

Change of carrier is needed

Sent out the wrong item - now got to wait 3-5 days for them to reach out to resolve the issue - not good when you wanted something quick and paid extra for quick delivery to be messed around. Avoid like the plague.

Great kit (robes, gloves and boots)

Really like the osprey scooter, wonderful quality, easy to assemble and I can see it lasting forever.
