Absolutely no customer support. Very expensive given there are free or cheaper options out there. I had been asking about the video call feature which they are now advertising on their website. They told me this was only available to new customers. I asked repeatedly how, then, as an existing customer I could get access to the feature, which is allegedly available in the UK. I have had multiple emails ignored, and there is no other way of contacting them. There are many other coparenting apps out there, several are free and offer the same or similar services to OFW. I am canceling my subscription and would strong advise against using this company. The Tonemeter is a totally pointless feature too. It didn’t stop my abusive ex husband from sending aggressive, threatening messages to me for the entire year. It is a total gimmick.

Awful website no customer support calanders are badly laid out amd unusable changes amd requests can't be made with a hours worth of work for one change the website is often undergoing upgrades yet nothibg changes the website is often shut down messages are often lost

Being held hostage by the predatory company and legal court system. Court system and attorneys make a decision that this app is to be used for communication. Then Our Family Wizard in a predatory way charges $99 and decide to increase $110, and if they keep increasing it will just suck the money out of hard working parents. Their support is terrible without explanations or when having technical problems will take months to resolve.

Very hard app to access. I've had a lot of problems trying to access this app. Then when I did access it? I could not even pay to get the subscription. Then I tried to talk to a customer service. Representative and I couldn' talk. The representatives as every time I call them they were closed, which I've called every day which is unacceptable I've sent emails after emails after emails. No response this is a very unprofessional team and I wouldn't suggest this app to anyone. It is a good. Idea, but there's plenty more other apps out there does the same thing.

Doesn’t work, technical help is non existent. Reviews speak for themselves.

Not fit for purpose, don’t waste your money.

Calendar dates in the app aren’t even correct when trying to make rotas. The days off the week in the app are not on the correct dates so adds a lot of confusion as the app changes your weekly rota to align with the incorrect calendar dates in the app.

Payment is not working, leading to the app locking parents out. To resolve this they are unable to assist over internet and request users to call their call centre, which then terminates calls when none of their employees are available to take calls instead of leaving people in the queue.

Our Family Wizard needs to have spelling mistake recognition. Such a basic but important function. Very dissapointing and often critical in messages that matter! A massive let down, not recognising the importance of OFW customers/parents that are going through hell.

Since using the app, I find it impossible to explain illness of children - without it saying (upsetting)

But a headache is upsetting ???
I opted for this … instead of an FVRO
I chose wrong.
I am still being abused … controlled and manipulated.
But he thinks it’s ok.
Because family wizard allows it.
Pls check your app.
Tone meter is a joke.
Get some guidance on manipulation and harmful statements. Like “do as you are told.”

To get support you have to lie! Otherwise leaving many messages, broken app, urls, emails. Finally got help after over a week, turns out your ex can mess u p your registration process, they actually TRUST your ex to be kind! Why would your registration do that! Only dumb people would make this possible.

Summery: app for communication for people who have trust problems, can't do communication it's self! And trusts your ex more than you! RUN AWAY from this company

They have many one star ratings. Why don't they try to improve? When we are forced to get a "subscription" for a year, why do they have to automatically take our money from us every year after? I paid for ONE YEAR only and then discovered too late that it says it will automatically renew? Why can't we choose when and if we want to renew it instead of YOU? Because of this policy that I know they set up in purpose to get more money, they took $288 from me when we didn't even use their service! How is that okay? They have no conscience and only want your money. People if a judge or a referee tell say you have to use Our Family Wizard, find something else! They are not trustworthy! They have bad ratings for a reason!

In today's world of cyber threats and breaches; much larger organizations have been hit and valuable information gained from systems far bigger than theirs.

If you live in a state that provides data deletion protections you may need to seek legal assistance and take them to court.

OFW helps for communication even if the messages from the other parent is constantly trying to start a fight. I wish there was an address book button/area for 3rd party care where you could add phone numbers, addresses and other info need so that we didn’t have to provide that information consistently for other parents. Also be able to look up information for insurance/health providers easier. I wish there was also a way that one side if felt threatened or not following the court order where you could flag that message to easily find those messages for court like situation and talking to lawyers. Last there needs to be ways to organize the messages in different group files to make finding the needed information easier.

I think this is one of those times when your like, and why do I need to pay for this? I can see if your an abused child yes I can see. But if you normal and the other side is painting you to be this, NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR,( because there so good at fixing things with pills if you believe that) COUNSELING,( yep, got tons of money for that to but it back fired, so had to see 3 and she still didn't get the opinion)(we wouldn't use that in court then will we). How ABOUT WE WILL JUST MAKE THINGS UP BECAUSE NOBODY WILL BE PROSECUTION FOR PURGERY.(LIKE HE MAKES PIG SOUND TO ME...) TRUE STORY. It is completely false. But now it on the record I better make use of it. I hope they shut this site down. CAN I GET AN AMEN 🙏 . IN GOD WE TRUMP, NOT THE GOVERNMENT.

They don't respect your time and don't give a $@&$ about your mental health.
I have to fix and guess how their system works.
They know that a divorce is pure stress for many and they do it even more with this app.

Customer service is slow and unprofessional.

Their system for recognizing a simple photo ID is useless. And they don't even warn you or notify you that you need a f$&& COMPUTER and not a cell phone to create a simple expense.
Their system is not at all flexible or easy to use.

Not to mention the customer service, they are rude, they don't let you talk and explain until they raise their voice and answer you, it will take days to update the system.
After writing complaints and lots of emails and calls. They only answer the messages if you're lucky because after complaining so much they put your call on hold for more than 30 minutes.

But to request money and pay your subscription up to date, they are fast, efficient and very professional. They look for you in every way. You solve it in less than 5 minutes.
And when you need help creating a simple expense or update your bank account.. They treat you like trash.

I wish that I could give zero stars - this app is making money from a horrible situation. It is designed to create an abuse free environment. IT DOES NOT. The abuser may get his abuse highlighted but can still send. The other party does not abide by anything in the app and when you try to get your details removed (as not court ordered), you feel like a criminal as they will not remove. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID

Almost impossible to cancel renewal. Nobody ever answers the phones either.

Useless app, registered, set up and now says expired. Does not work and so no way to communicate. Avoid.

Is Our Family Wizard on life-support? This app hasn't evolved and still has a ridiculously unusable interface with features from 2001. Still cannot sync calendar, drag and drop events, anything modern you can think of.

I’ve been daily abused on this app.
The abuse is so bad I can’t cope.
I’ve for days asked them to help and had no one call me back.
Please no one use it
