Booking service was spot on

I specifically asked for Wendy Mulholland as she managed our previous booking and nothing was too much trouble and so it proved today, She quickly answered all our questions and quickly booked us a new holiday meeting all our needs at price which reflected our previous holiday. We contacted Wendy during the run up to our last holiday a number of times and she always solved any queries we encountered so we feel confident we will have a helping hand this time.
The link between Panache and Uniworld cruises provided an experience hard to beat but previous fellow travellers recommended our next destination as being excellent.

I really liked the personal touch. The cruise connoisseur I spoke to(Louise) was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and I felt I could trust her advice implicitly. The booking process was very easy too.

Adam, was absolutely great, had lots of patience with me, I was swaping and changing all the time and he was so lovely about it, finally got a cruise meeting all my expectations, can't wait now to go

Panache were very good and helpful .
We were late booking but all went smoothly Thamk you to Joanne and her colleagues .
We are very happy with our room and situation on the ship .
Not having Brittannia Club wasn’t available . Perhaps the evening dining was better there as the restaurant was smaller .
We had allocated table for the whole journey and the same waiters too .
Dining was at 530 or 815 - one too early (which we decided to have as my husband was unwell ) the other too late for us .
Crew were brilliant so was the ship .
Had to the medical team who were superb .Great facilities throughout the ship .
Very good choices at buffet throughout the day I was disappointed to see Pizza many times at lunch and dinner.
The only issue we did comment on was that although the dinner menu looked promising the reality was it was repetitive and very often almost cold .

Ben was efficient, fast, listened to our requests and completed everything in a friendly, no-nonsense manner. Refreshing!!
