We came across Panache Cruises while considering booking via an Agency rather than Cruise Liner directly. My call was promptly returned by Cruise Connoisseur Dean Michaelides. We were offered a very competitive price for the cruise.
Dean proved to be an efficient, effective and expert connoisseur. Dean is friendly to deal with, got us a great price and made our lives easier by bringing a good deal on the table for a package rather than just a cruise. Dean is meticulous and answered so many of our questions patiently.
The experience has been great so far, and while the holiday is not for another 3 months, we have no doubt Dean will live up to Panache's motto "Nothing is too much trouble".

My second cruise with Panache this year. I have used their service several times now and there is always someone available to help 7 days a week. Very reassuring knowing someone is looking out for you especially when you are away on holiday. On my last holiday, I needed assistance with a couple of issues, after an email to Catherine the issues were immediately actioned, and I could get on with enjoying my cruise.
