Great service. Great Web site. Right part for the job.. Unfortunately when delivered the parcel was open, the item came in a box the size of a shoe box and was probably opened by persons unknown to see if a pair of trainers were inside.. the only problem in my opinion is purely a delivery issue and not Part Master's. Part Master has a great Web site and products and a great service!! 5*

I ordered a part off this website for delivery to Ireland and got hit with custom charges and admin charges almost to the value of the part. Seriously,..please don’t offer shipping to Ireland if you can’t manage the admin. I buy a lot from the UK and the vast majority of suppliers include VAT in their costs, so the buyer doesn’t get a double hit. Irish or EU buyers try and find your product elsewhere.

The product I wanted to purchase was checked prior to order for suitability for my oven, delivery was quick and I was really pleased with the part is self.
I bought a control panel for our range cooker as the old one was looking worn. Fitted the new one today and it looks great. I will be ordering more parts as I was very pleased with the whole process.

Part didn’t quite fit I had to modify it but it works well now

DPD did not collect my parcel for return as arranged. Partmaster rang me and explained what happened. They offered another collection date but I had already returned via Post Office. Partmaster has refunded me.

I was not sure which part I wanted to replace my oven door hinge but an email to customer services solved my problem.The required item was purchased my problem solved excellent fix and customer support.
