I ordered a comb for my Panasonic hair clipper. Original parts arrived in days. Packaging was excellent, lots of bubble wrap to protect the items.

No option to talk to anyone

Difficult to check if it was the right part as no option to speak to anyone. It matched the appliance but did not say it contained the control card or not.
Delivery was prompt but in the end it did not solve the fault problem and dishwasher had to be scrapped.

I ordered freezer part and delivered wrong part and waiting for my refund since nearly ten days

Paid for next day delivery tge item took 5 days to arrive no way to complain to anybody and no way of getting a refund for such a poor service

Appalling customer service

First parcel arrived without the item we ordered. A replacement could not be sent out we had to re-order the item. We were given a discount code which could only be used on items over £10 so we bought something extra and paid for next day delivery as we needed the original item quickly. We were still waiting for the item several days later and noticed on the packet it said 48 hours tracked postage, not the next day delivery we paid for. We will not be using this company again

In relation to the 2nd order, we have a number of delivery options available including, standard, Tracked 48, next working day and Saturday delivery. On this occasion, the delivery option selected was standard delivery.

As stated on our website, we expect orders placed on standard delivery to be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch.

If items are required urgently, we would advise customers to select one of the quicker delivery options at the checkout stage.

Ordered a spare shelf for brand new…

Ordered a spare shelf for brand new ffreezer, followed their primpts entered model number... £29.. Time passes. Arrives but no edges to it so will not fit, £29 for a piece of glass !!!
Raised query, but now gaslighting.

The item in question is not illustrated or described to be be supplied with the edges, indicating the manufacturer has made these available seperately.

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

If a part is incompatible, faulty or no longer needed simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund.
