I ordered a comb for my Panasonic hair clipper. Original parts arrived in days. Packaging was excellent, lots of bubble wrap to protect the items.

I ordered a freezer door seal which arrived direct from Partmasters warehouse via courier, with no packaging at all. The seal arrives split in several places. As there aren’t many ways you can contact the company I completed their online form to complain. There has been no response since last week. I arranged for collection and refund. The laughable thing is that the only correspondence I’ve had is a returns label emailed to me that they wanted me to put inside the package….but they never sent the seal in a package to begin with!

I ordered a part because it said next day delivery but it didn't arive the next day. When I complained they said "Our Next Day Delivery price is £7.45, £3.99 is our standard delivery charge." The advertising sugested all parts would be delivered next day.

The response was quick and the exact part I asked for was sent. Super, well done, boys and girls.

Great fast delivery. The item was perfect and came with the metal magnet that was needed. Other places didn’t have the magnet with the product which was useless to me. So I was very pleaed when it arrived. Will use again and highly recommend.

I am only putting this review as I have been trying to contact part master for over a week. Phoned currys and they didn’t help either. I have been sent the wrong order. All I want is it resolved.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…. Have been trying to get a refund for 10 days, no customer services and no phone number acknowledged by Currys. Item delivered smashed to a million pieces and my hand was cut on glass when i opened it as it was poorly packaged. Don’t get a response from online form and no chat box or complaints service. Avoid at all costs.
