Excellent service
The website made it very easy to find the spare part that I needed, and even when ordering late on a Thursday and only paying for the standard Royal Mail delivery, it arrived on Saturday evening ready for me to fit on Sunday. My oven is back up and running, the part is a genuine AEG replacement identical to the one that came out. As a bonus, you don't need to make an account on their website to shop, you can just check out as a guest each time.

Poor service
Order a part for my Hisense fridge on Friday 13th Feb, paid extra for next day delivery. Given time of order wasn't expecting it to be processed until the Monday (16th) with expected delivery date of 17th. As of 16:45 on the 18th Feb still no sign of my Parcel, DPD site has said it is on van for deliver, been like that since just after 11am. Tried to contact Partmaster via chat, got fed up of waiting for an 'agent' to reply, just kept getting the standard we are busy message. No telephone number - wouldn't use them again absolute shower of S.......!

Prompt accurate delivery
Was pleasantly surprised that Partmaster had the part (an oven door seal) in stock for a rather old oven which had been through the wars in a rental property over the last 5 years. Prompt and accurate delivery made the eperience all teh better

Item was broken when delivered
Item was broken when delivered. I'd paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days. Advised by help desk that I didn't need to return it and that I'd be credited. Still not credited. Not very satisfactory.
