I was helped initially by a member of staff at Curry’s in Livingston. She arranged the battery purchase from Partmaster on my mobile and that I would pick up the battery from Matalan. It arrived very quickly and the emails regarding the delivery were very useful and correct. The battery is superb and is working well with my Dyson cleaner.

Parts were expensive but the quality is first class.
I paid for next day delivery but that didn’t happen, not Partmasters fault but once again down to DPD whom I rate as probably the worst delivery company out there. I contacted Partmaster who came back the same day to say that delivery charges would be re-funded. They seem to be a very company to deal with.

Returned wrong part I had ordered and haven't been reimbursed ,ordered correct part and still waiting for delivery 8 days after order was placed !

Send lots of messages but no response .

Having been directed to your company, after Dyson failed to supply me for 3 months, the service was excellent. I found the part I was looking for, easy to order on line, and it was here the next day.

Positive experience
Positive experience. Parcel arrived on time, product as expected. I had to return the item because the appliance that it was for was unrepairable and had to buy a new one. The returns procedure was very easy and not a problem. I would use if company again.
